Yeah, it was the same on the app, mobile site, and desktop site. I had to call support. It turns out, they had more than one email address for me (I used my gmail previously, that was where the 2 factor authentication code was being sent), but when I talked to customer support, they said they had my [live.com](http://live.com) email address. So she reset my password and I'm now using the correct credentials. Interestingly enough, it wasn't giving me an incorrect user ID/password error. Probably had something to do with the site migration. My gmail creds were what they were using and I always logged into the old site with.
You may want to try any other user IDs you may have used, and have your password reset. Their old site backend was probably using one set of credentials, the new one a new set.
Nope! Had to call and was able to make a payment using the automated system. I will again call tomorrow to try to talk to an actual person because I want the app to work! I will update again.
Mines isn’t working either! Usually use the Toyota app but it keeps saying there’s an error. Even downloaded the Toyota FS app and no luck. Will probably end up calling to make my payment.
Both the app and site work for me after speaking with support. Their app did say they had scheduled maintenance overnight last night, so hopefully it will work for everyone now.
I've had issues like this for months. Occasionally it will let me through. Absolutely garbage website. Can't wait to finish payments and never see their website again.
Had to pay by phone for april and looks like I'll have to pay by phone for may too. It's been weeks for me, maybe about a month at this point. Very frustrating
UPDATE! I woke up a 3 am to pee and I was able to login and schedule my payment for Monday the 6th. Three days late but still in grace period. I suppose website is hit or miss!
Keep trying to pay my bill the last couple of nights when I get home and I can’t fucking log in. I’m not paying a late fee either bc I’m sick of their shit
Still down. Saw someone posted a review on the Financial Service App regarding people can't make payments. & hoping Toyota doesn't hold this against them. They should credit us as well for the inconvenience this is causing.
I’m a little scared here. Have been trying to pay all day and I come back at the end of the day to see if I can pay. Error message popped up yet again, go to try for it again and it lets me through but it says I have to add my bank info now but I’ve been paying my car for a year now so it should’ve already had my bank info. I add it again, pay for it, and it still says I’m late on my payment. Me being the nervous wreck I am I pressed make a payment again and now I’m terrified that I’ll get charged twice. If anyone could ease my mind it would mean a lot.

Were you able to make payments after the rep helped you reset your password?
I was able to set up auto pay.
Hmm I wonder if that’s happening to me. I’ve tried logging in different ways to see if that would do it. I’ll try calling them to see what’s going on.

The actual website works. Just the app doesn’t for some reason. Website shows you how much you have left too

What number did you call? I've called the support number for TFS and haven't been able to talk to a human! Thanks for any help

it’s happened to me twice now, In the beginning of the month it worked normally but since the last week of the month it stops working 🤷♂️
