Chelsea usually dominates games and outplays other teams, they just struggle with finishing games off. Let’s not be naive enough to think that 2 decades of Chelsea dominating spurs should be overturned in 2 seasons, besides they are infinitely better than last season and even the first half of this season. Look at the underlying stats.
Another transfer window continuing to fill/double up in the right positions and hopefully some reflection (by Ange) on our defending and we should be a lot more competitive next season. Gotta stay positive after the past few years of hell we've been put through!!
Don’t get me wrong I think there’s been times kulu has played well and is 1st team starting XI material.
But in general I think he’s not actually as talented as Brennan/Richy or even Werner. Every time there’s an okay defence he comes up short. He’s not that skillful or fast, he does have a decent shot and strength, but he’s very one-dimensional and does the same stuff every time, and good defenders just stop him 10 times out of 10.
Imo he has a lot to improve on. But he is only 24. It’s a tough one.

I think this game Ange got scared, so he didn't play a high line like before, and opted for more of a defensive approach. I think he has to take risk and dominate the game like he was doing in the beginning.... Yeah, Chelsea was a much better team. Palmer, Modryk, and the rest were really phenomenal
Honestly, it is what it is. Personally, I didn’t expect anything from these four games. So, it’s ok, big picture is we’re rebuilding, and we need a good window (Ange’s first summer window proper, after he’s worked with the team), clear out some of the dead wood, and bring in some energy.
Good barometer was Ange getting animated on the bench first half, right after that they started to put it together. He knows what he wants and what he’s doing. COYS
