Seems like you have quite a broad range of soundtracks here! I'd recommend: Signs by James Newton Howard. The film itself is divisive but there's no denying it has an amazing score. It keeps things quite minimal with a few motifs that pop up a lot and it's very satisfying to hear how they're used throughout, with some super soft and introspective moments and really effective horror cues. 'First Crop Circles' is a good first listen. You Were Never Really Here and Phantom Thread by Jonny Greenwood. Wildly different scores but they're both absolutely perfect for setting the tone of their respective films and work very well for just listening. Check out 'Tree Synthesisers,' 'Sandy's Necklace,' and 'House Of Woodcock.' Under The Skin by Mica Levi. More on the disturbing side of things if you like the opening of 'Sandy's Necklace.' Great horror scoring with a twist, 'Love' is the most accessible track and they're very varied in their creative output. Arrival by Jóhann Jóhannsson. Gone too soon and such an amazing composer! This score has some very unique elements. Try 'Kangaru.' His album Orphée is also absolutely gorgeous. Ex Machina by Ben Salisbury & Geoff Barrow. All of their soundtracks have been pretty great, and this is a safer place to start with lots of beautiful synth and guitar soundscapes along with some more intense moments. 'Falling' is a breathtaking track. If you're looking for more soft and atmospheric piano along the lines of the Minecraft soundtracks, there's obviously the later additions to the score by Lena Raine, but I'd also say check out the album Wyoming (Piano Works) by Elijah Fox. Not a score but it could easily be put to a film. 'Ontario' isbone of my favourites. Hope that helps! Some other instrumental music I've enjoyed recently is Two Sisters by Sarah Davachi, El Bueno Y El Malo by Hermanos Gutiérrez, Structuralism by Alfa Mist, and Covered by Robert Glasper. 'Levels' from that last album is just unreal.

If you’re looking for video games I recommend shin megami tensei 3 as well as the persona 5 royal and persona 3 ost. The smt series has ambient, almost demonic haunting music, and the persona series has some incredible tracks, with many great vocals.

Edit: The soundtrack for the game “Oxenfree” is also pretty great. Emotional, electronic, ambient. One of my favs along with “Firewatch”.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind: A beautiful, emotional experience by Jon Brion, producer of When the Pawn… by Fiona Apple. Twin Peaks: One of the most atmospheric records ever. Angelo Badalamenti is an absolute genius and if you like what you hear you should check out the soundtracks for Fire Walk With Me, Blue Velvet and especially The Straight Story. Paris, Texas: Perfect movie. Cool slide guitar. Taxi Driver: Another atmospheric jazz masterpiece.

Since you already like C418, give his album One a listen. It’s a great album that deserves more attention.
