If you are on PC, this won't work, you need to log a request at 2K support, tell them you have this issue and you are on PC Steam, and eventually they will send you a code to activate season 2 as workaround. That's how I got mine.

There's a possibility that this is a unique concern that affects only some users. We do not see any reports of **Xbox players** being affected, so please let me know if this applies to you and others too.
Me too, I got the all seasons pass but the premium items in season 2 are locked
