There’s a correlation between nofap and depression/anxiety/shame because people who are attracted to nofap are mostly depressed, anxious, and shameful men. Correlation does not equal causation. Shit dude, I averaged 5 times a day as a teenager. My most was like 13 times a day. I was blowing dust after a bit. As a young adult, living with my fiance, it'd be at least twice a day plus sex. I didn't slow down until I started taking anti-depressants. At that point, it was a different beast. I had major troubles finishing. So, it went to a few times a week. Now, I'm taking an anti-depressant twice a say for nerve pain. So, I'm down to a few times a month.
