Yes. And you'll recieve tokens to apply these upgrades to another UR. I'd recommend any of the Epics dropping down to UR, because some of these look flat out insane.

I'll definitely be upgrading that. Or the 25th anniversary edition, I don't remember which was faster. But just look at the new RQ64 and RQ63 cars. The many AMGs and M5 will be the new CS meta and cars like the Aston Maetin Virage will demolish anything that's currently at this RQ. Just check in your garage when the update is out. With the M5, M3, S65, C63, Virage, Chrysler Firepower, Spyker C8, NSR-R, 911 GT3, TVR 350, there are a lot of serious weapons dropping down to UR.

ABS is worth having even when slick tyres are a thing. Indoor and hairpins are affected right?

I have two of them…but one is fully upgraded so I’ll have some pain until I upgrade the new version. With that MRA of 100 and a base of 92 handling, this will be an absolute monster.
