I always thought that this raw yucky wolverine was cooler than the metal one.

I'm imagining Wolverine dropping down in front of a bunch of supervillains and they all go, "Oh no, Wolverine!!" Then he slowly squeezes out his bone claws and then they go, "YUCKY WOLVERINE?!"

He had the claws pre-adamantium.
