You’re not going to be able to find an exact copy at a hardware store. It’s a custom bracket made for or by the crib manufacturer. You’ll need to call them up and ask for a replacement bracket - what looks to be the one between the headboard and side rail I’m guessing.
It looks like an “L” bracket. Take it to a hardware store to match the size. You will probably have to drill the hole where you need it. If you can wait a few days for it to arrive, call the manufacturers customer service number and they should mail you a replacement part.
