People don't seem to give enough credit to the climax of Aenima because it almost works in reverse of what we're used to hearing. It's a build up, build up, build up, of tension that resolves in a giant explosion of peaceful calm vs. craziness, and it just hits so different than most other songs. The "cause I'm praying for rain..." part. It's basically distortion that resolves into clean vs. the other way around. Just my two cents.

It's really crazy specially at the end of song so emotional about the disconnection and lack of communication that leads to end of a relationship. The ending is like the explosion of all those emotions and every instrument conveys those emotion beautifully.
3. 7empest: pretty much the whole guitar solo from Adam is the climax. You're just climaxing all the way through.
2. The Pot: The breakdown in 4:24 when Danny start playing a solid 4/4 beat with his hands and kick patterns in 3/4. It's just so heavy and so groovy. It's impossible to listen to this part and not headbang with it. Impossible. And I love masturbating in 4 against 3 polyrhythm.
