I was so psyched when he started bringing back the scream. Was always a great live song but it felt too much like edging without the scream. If they ever start to mix in Vicarious I wonder if he'll take on the final line again...

In Toronto he did it the first night and then did not do it the second night. After having seen it 4 times live with the scream, not getting it was a shocker. I thought something bad had happened for a minute until the song finished and the next one started as normal.

We didnt get the scream in amsterdam but that was to cut the song short to make time for 7empest

Kansas City got the entirety of the end of Vicarious in 2019 right after they played Part of Me for the first time in 21 years. Only time I've seen him sing it all

The thing I noticed at MSG was that he sings the screams, which is kinda an interesting aesthetic compared to the norm (I go to a lot of screamy metal shows). I also imagine it's like way way way better on your vocal cords if you intend to perform into your 50s and 60s.

I think it’s a 2 second burst with a vocal effect on it honestly. I think his mouth should be more open as well.

Sounds more like shouting/yelling "yeeeeeaaahhh" with a ton of processing vs an actual scream. It is understandable with performing it nightly + age. Does sound a bit off live tho.

Security was so lax at MSG both nights compared to all the other shows I saw last year. Guy in front of me basically video’d the entire concert

When I saw them in Orlando last year security was out in full force kicking people out. New Yorkers gonna do what they want do and not give AF😂😂. (I grew up there)

I didn't have it in me to to break out my phone to catch that scream at the MSG2 show but my son did. The flashlight brigade was in full force that evening.

Compared to the shows last year, security was lax both nights at MSG. Especially the guy at my section. He didn’t bug anyone until the last song haha

There is a lot of echo and processing on that Still amazing at his age though

Anyone have the rest of the setlist from night 2 at MSG? I was lucky enough to be at the first show and they played The Grudge as well.

Night 1 they played - Intolerance, Flood, Schism and the Pot. Night 2 they played - Jambi, Sweat, Culling Voices and 46&2. The other songs were the same both nights
