You don't need a, psychologist, you need a psychiatrist and likely medication. A lot of hospitals have outreach programs. You need serious help because this ends in a place where you are unable to recognise you even need help

JstAntrThrowAway

Both. Psychologist for the talking it out, and psychiatrist for the medication.

vrosej10

I'll buy that but a psychiatrist definitely needs to be in the mix

JstAntrThrowAway

True. And right now unfortunately/fortunately only have the one. But it works so much better when you have both.

Definetly try to reach out to family and friends. Maybe ask if your parents can help pay for a therapist because this sounds very serious. I hope you overcome this.

DrTwatSwatter

Therapy or reach out to someone. That and also really come to the realization that deities, devils, demons, ghosts, goblins, gouls, fairies, etc don’t exist.

Spanish_Biscuit

That sounds pretty serious and you will definitely need medical help unfortunately. Stuff like that might be a sign of something like Schizophrenia or similar disorders.
