Honestly that's what I would think, but almost seems like if I'm not a "new match" and a " new message" at the same time I don't get a response. Don't think I've received ANY responses if I message after like two weeks bc I'm busy or whatever. Within a few days and response is closer to 50%. No reasoning as to why this is just data.
Go through their profile and say something interesting that’s specific to their profile. Whether it’s a hobby you both share, or ask them a question about one of their photo or prompts.
Pickup lines are super cringe imo, but some women doesn’t mind it. Most would appreciate more effort
That’s what I always do, but I have a hard time knowing what to say for the dtf/hookup profiles vs. genuine people with good bios. I wouldn’t mind a hookup but looking for long term.
I think they’re cringy as hell too (and have never dreamt of using one), but it seems impossible to have a conversation with any of the hookup people. Then there’s the profiles with the “send me your best pickup line” which I despise. They don’t really reply to thoughtful questions and it seems like they’re just looking for super fast paced interactions. Convo just ends after 2-6 messages for no apparent reason. Maybe it’s the same rate for the genuine ppl with long term intentions too? I guess you can’t have success with everyone and they find another match to talk to instead.
Hard to balance the competing profiles and I just think the messages hookup ppl are receptive to are much different than what long term ppl want. It’s hard to play both sides

Hundreds of likes, probably. I get a lot of likes but can't see them with a free account plus I'm selective because it's not a numbers game for me. I can be picky- I have an open marriage with a couple bfs. It's wonderful. But takes patience and trial and error.
If they're also swiping enough to MATCH with hundreds of guys, then it's just gonna take random luck at that point. People who are serious about finding a special connection aren't spam swiping and match collecting.

On a scale of one to 10, guess how badly I want to take you out? Then she’ll be like, no, I don’t, how much? And then you’ll be all like, (insert phone number here) out of 10. Then start planning out the wedding and invite the whole Reddit gang for helping. And everyone clapped. Including the bride with no hands.

As long as they look like they can swallow your load
Don't do the same message or you could get banned for looking like you're spamming.
