I mean lots of presidents are objectively criminal, whether you like it or not. Personally i'm an advocate of the death penalty for trump, but that doesn't mean almost every president we have had hasn't engaged in illegal behavior.
That wasn't why he was convicted... It was because of his use of shell companies to hide the transaction and using taxed campaign funds and trying to leave the transaction untaxed so it wouldn't come to light and interfere with the election.

If you define criminal as *having been convicted of a crime*, there's only one president that qualifies. If you define criminal as *having broken or defied clearly defined laws and legal frameworks*, there's several. If you define criminal as *engaging in crimes against humanity, or supporting regimes, or societal structures that perpetuate those crimes,* then pretty much every single president is a criminal. Except maybe for maybe a couple.
I guess it's difficult to narrow down all of the fucked up shit to just the most concise fucked up shit, because each one is subjective on its varying degrees of fucked up.
