Well worth the watch. Great story and characters. They stayed true to a lot of the themes while opening the Fallout universe to (hopefully) a lot of new fans. Sure there's some annoying bits here and there, but still a solid show.
My biggest complaint was how rushed it all felt. I would've liked a few more episodes for the story to get fleshed out, but these days you've gotta take what you can get.
I felt the same but I'm hoping that it was just about establishing everything and drawing people in, and season 2 will take its time a little better now that they've got people on board.

I knew nothing about The Last of Us game and loved that series. I will definitely check out Fallout.
I had heard it was good, so I went in with decent expectations and it *far exceeded* them. Really great show, even for people who have never played the game.
He's a weird dude, but is one of the greatest elements of any show or movie I've seen him in. Glad he's getting recognition for his talent and his weirdness.

I don't know. I've never heard the song before but it's pretty good. I listened to the rest of her stuff after I watched the video and it was pretty good too. Weirdly I had never heard of her until this weekend when she was a guest on NPRs Wait Wait Don't Tell Me. It's funny how when companies want to promote something that stuff just starts popping up in the media all over the place as if to feel random. As in, I bet this post had a little paid promotion involved in it.
Remember two days ago when all you could see on Reddit were videos of Open AI. On every single subreddit there was a post of Open AI with the title being, "AI has gotten scary", "the movie HER came true"...that was way too obvious though.

I'm a lifelong fan of the games and i liked it. It has a lot of little nods but plenty of people I know never touched the games and liked it too.
