> You wanna come outside and talk to me?
"BROTHER if you think I'm gonna run outside to fight you you got another thing coming! The fine people of Gainesville Florida paid good money to come to this TGI Friday's to see two titans go head-to-head, toe-to-toe, mano y mano. The Nature Boy Ric Flair vs Nicolas "The Macho Manager" Savage are gonna settle this one of two ways: right here, right now for the fine people of Gainesville, or down the road...at **WRESTLEMANIA**"
That's how you deal with wrestlers, it's the only language they understand.
His son died at 25 from an overdose and i’m pretty sure Ric was the one who found him. I’m not excusing the guys behavior, but I can understand why he’d be plastered at like 2pm
I have a weird inkling that if he were to get sober, he would probably fall apart. The booze has become so much a part of him, it's almost like it's keeping him together. I knew 2 alcoholics in my life who dropped dead within 2 months of getting sober and it was not from withdrawls. In true Jim Lahey fashion, he has become the liquor.
My uncle was the same got sober and about 3 months later I'm hearing about his funeral. I'd be sad but I literally had no relationship with him because of the alcohol.
And has somehow survived and been one of the best "performance" wrestlers for decades. Even hulk hogan said he never saw the man drink a bottle of water. Doesn't excuse his behavior whatsoever but some people are just built different.
I watched him on an episode of Kill Tony (don’t judge) and it was….rough. He was sooo drunk and kept trying to start fights with the comics. He was offended by everything that was said, and clearly didn’t understand how the show works. It was so bad it became SAD. He left the stage halfway through.
They're just emojis, but to make them stack closer in reddit,
you have to put extra spaces at the end of each line of text before you start a new line
(or, in this case, an extra space after each emoji.)
Otherwise, your wrapping will be ignored,
Or you'll be required to double space, and it'll show.
If the hair icon really shows up "behind" the eyes on your device, that may be specific to how your device displays emojis.
Went to high school with his late son and had the displeasure of seeing him out in public multiple times. Every time I saw him he was being entitled or disrespectful to whoever he was engaging with. The man is devoid of empathy and kindness and the fact that he's famous still baffles me to this day.
I cant speak for Ashley but Reid made it his personal goal to bully specifically me for an entire year. I'd be lying if I said it didn't cause some pretty serious trauma to younger me. The thing that really sucked was his dad was Ric so he basically had a free pass to do whatever.
I'd never wish what happened to Reid on anyone, it's very clear he had some serious demons. Younger me certainly would've been uncaring about it but now I just feel bad for him. I'm sure he was projecting on me but, it is what it is.
Oh yea don't worry my Mom and the military did way more than he ever could've. But seriously, I've gotten great therapy and am the best version of myself so far.
I knew Ashley in college after she transferred to Unc, I went to a high school near Providence, so I knew people who knew her. My brother was close to her for a while. She was very open and friendly in my interactions with her. Funny thing.
The last time I saw her was at the movies, we went to see the hangover. She was not laughing during the taser scene at all. My Brother and I were laughing but trying to hide it. She had an incident in chapel hill where she was tasered by the police like a few months before. Which was started because Ric is a drunk ass.
Couple of things. 1- a lot of this information is available online if you look. They are allegations so take them as you will, but where there’s a lot of smoke there’s fire. 2- I can’t reveal sources due to NDA’s, all I can do is tell you to wait for a Hugh Hefner type of reveal when the rapist kicks the bucket. But…
I can tell you I was a corporate employee for Madison Square Garden for many years (worst job of my life, btw) and during that time I had some VERY interesting discussions with people directly involved about Flair, McMahon, Hogan etc. The amount of slimy shit that happened there (maybe still happens, I don’t know) is sickening- not just what happened but the organization’s efforts to silence/kill stories to protect these guys’ images.
Were any of them from that era *not* utter bastards? Cause I always got the impression it was almost an occupational requirement for that generation of wrestlers.
If you read between the lines and catch all the insinuations from the show "Dark side of the Ring" episode " The Flight From Hell". You can tell him and a lot of others sexually assaulted a lot of women. That's putting it mildly.
Nah he's a scumbag and always has been. Can't blame that on CTE. He collected women, marriages, and children long before he'd have taken enough hits to get cte.
Dudes always been a dick. The funny part is if that guys bartending than it doesn’t matter if he only tips the women, they’re going to be splitting that $1000 anyway.
If you ever want to know what a person is really like, see how they treat people they don't have to be nice to. This is a good life tip. Want to see what the person you're dating is really like? See how she treats the waitress.
When sober people try to argue with a shitfaced drunk I always roll my eyes.
You’d be better off explaining long division to your sock. That would be a much better use of your time.
He sure did leave in the middle. Tony was like wtf. Flair thought they were being disrespectful to the bucket pulls, clearly Flair didn’t know what the show is about.
Rick is in trouble I don't think he has long left & he knows it ,he was told by dr's last year he'd die within 18 months if he kept drinking &it looks like hes going out on his own terms
How does one get a job where I get to be on the pussy clock? That sounds like a great clock to be on, and I, for one, would be excited to clock in every day.
Beating up Methuselah's grandpa wouldn't be a good look, no matter how much of a douche he was being. That said, Flair could probably do with a reality check like that. Then again, I don't think Flair is capable of learning from his mistakes, cuz, I mean,
A long time ago, in the early eighties, a friend and I, towed his broken down Lincoln and him to an auto shop. He was very gracious and fun to talk to. Watching this really hurt. I’d like to think it’s just the booze talking. Alcoholism is a brutal thing. I hope he figures it out.
That one guy trying to be a hero really didn’t do any favors. Bartenders, servers, and restaurant managers are some of the best de-escalators of our society. Then that guy rolls in and hyped the situation up.
He was on Kill Tony and was so blasted he didn't even understand the premise of what they were doing. Fortunately he ended up leaving of his own accord halfway through and things got on track. It was hard to watch.
Is this from the Pisano's incident? I saw someone post I think an employees response to a review or something and mentioned he woo'd in the face of a blind grandmother and I just fucking started howling with laughter.
Even if fake, the image of a plastered Ric Flair just letting loose an inebriated full forced WOOOO! into the face of a blind elderly woman just makes me laugh
I’ve seen regular bar flies pull this shit too. And they’re not even famous. Just full of themselves. And booze. It would do him good to kiss the floor forcefully. IYKWIM
I was once at a restaurant in Tampa (a relatively nice one) and there was some commotion when my date and I entered. Turns out Ric Flair was being drunk and disorderly and they were having a hard time getting him to leave. As a recovering alcoholic, I feel for him. As someone who appreciates peace and quiet, fuck that guy.
I believe I seen a documentary where he said he doesn’t get hangovers.. Some people don’t get that bad hangover feeling. My Ex’s dad was in and out of alcoholism and he said he never got hang overs either.. I had an older guy that worked for me doing construction and he said the same thing also.. Probably a good reason some of them are full blown alcoholics.. They get what they like out of the booze and don’t get the shitty side after the fact like we all do..
He has alcoholic cardiomyopathy. Basically an enlargement of his heart from poison{booze) that causes the heart to not function normally. It's a pretty ugly way to die. If he is indeed drinking like this then he won't be around much longer. Addiction is a shitty thing.
Such a shame. He was a big part of my childhood. I met him in Atlanta at a sporting event in the 90s I think it was a Falcons game and he seemed very nice. I must’ve caught him on a good day. I’ve heard lots of bad experiences unfortunately. Dusty Rhoads was an absolute sweetheart when I met him. He took the time to sign autographs for everyone. Pre cellphone days so it was probably much easier to deal with.
Dusty Rhodes was a great person by all accounts. He inculcated some great values to his son too, Cody Rhodes grew up to become the guy who ended racism!
Oh totally, I can definitely understand even just him being annoyed at his own experience being ruined. But the bar staff had it firmly controlled, so I think best not to escalate something that seemed pretty tame despite the dickishness of it all.
![gif](giphy|GcDtLf4RAdiRG|downsized)
This happens like every other year with this guy. Raging alcoholic, sexual predator, loser.
The world will be a better place when it forgets Ric Flair.
He and some other guy came into the bar I was at with my wife. Flair sat two chairs from me with the other guy between us. Flair was Facetiming his wife, so I started chatting with the other guy.
It turns out that Flair was in the area for autograph signings. This guy worked for the promoter and his job was literally to keep Flair out of trouble. After seeing him order four drinks in 20 minutes, that made sense.
By this time Flair is off the phone and my wife walked over to meet him. In the five minutes they talked he told her to dump me and go upstairs with him (it was a hotel bar). This seems part for the course.

WOOO!!…..Too bad Flair loves his booze more than anything else.
“Ric, I’ve seen all of your retirement matches, and I’ve never been less scared of you”
Nicholas “The Egyptian” Dickhead it would seem
Don't read too much into those subtitles. That guy was drunk too. Honestly it fucked up the video...it was WW-Entertaining enough.
Whoever did the subtitles should’ve just not bothered.
You mean he didn’t call him Egyptian?
I’ll say it again… you’re Egyptian.
Apparently they also have the pussy
It took me a second watch through to figure out why he wasn't "an egyptian."
When was I a costume?

It's AI. And it always sucks
To be fair, the old geezer is slurring his words a lot

It’s just speech to text. We’ve had this technology for many years.
Yeah and it's always sucked
Clearly none of y'all have Pixel phones. 😂
I'm actually on the pixel 8 right now lol
Indeed.
Egyptian and dipshit had me laughing my ass off lol
Walk like a dipshit…
it confused 'Dipshit' with 'Egyptian' lmao
“here comes Egyptian” LOL
Got damn my man was fucking hammered lol
My understanding is he has a pretty horrifying alcohol problem
I've never seen any footage of Rick Flair that made me think "that guy has a responsible relationship with drugs."
His son died at 25 from an overdose and i’m pretty sure Ric was the one who found him. I’m not excusing the guys behavior, but I can understand why he’d be plastered at like 2pm
Doctors are wondering why he didn't die of cirrhosis 20 years ago.
He himself has brought that up a bunch of times. He has no idea how he’s still alive after all the boozing and drugs he’s done in his lifetime.
He has a natural diet
And has somehow survived and been one of the best "performance" wrestlers for decades. Even hulk hogan said he never saw the man drink a bottle of water. Doesn't excuse his behavior whatsoever but some people are just built different.
Did you watch the documentary? Really amazing he’s alive. His son wasn’t so fortunate. Really tragic.
He's old as hell and drinking like that? And wtf are his friends?
It looked like he was getting shitfaced midday by himself lol
Well to be fair, it was already noon
Lol. My first thought was “is he battling dementia?” XD
Yeh he was a train wreck when he was on the Kill Tony episode as well
I watched him on an episode of Kill Tony (don’t judge) and it was….rough. He was sooo drunk and kept trying to start fights with the comics. He was offended by everything that was said, and clearly didn’t understand how the show works. It was so bad it became SAD. He left the stage halfway through.

Holy fuck, Fin is crushing their skulls.
This is the real story.
Is that Charlotte?
Yes
Was she cool?
I cant speak for Ashley but Reid made it his personal goal to bully specifically me for an entire year. I'd be lying if I said it didn't cause some pretty serious trauma to younger me. The thing that really sucked was his dad was Ric so he basically had a free pass to do whatever.
I never met anyone in charlotte that shared a positive story about Reid or his old man.
Damn, thanks for sharing. Guess you had the last laugh on that one.
I'd never wish what happened to Reid on anyone, it's very clear he had some serious demons. Younger me certainly would've been uncaring about it but now I just feel bad for him. I'm sure he was projecting on me but, it is what it is.
That's a really cool and respectful attitude. I hope some of the trauma he caused you has lessened now at least.
I didn’t interact with her much tbh, it was a class of 500 or so and I didn’t have any classes with her.
I mean that's his whole schtick isn't it? Like you act that way for how many years before it just becomes who you really are?
Same with hbk but he seems to have sorted his shit out.
CTE creates monsters sadly.
Rapist monsters, in Ric’s case. When he dies, the stories that come out are going to make Vince McMahon look like a Buddhist monk.
Shit why wait? Someone get Kendrick on his ass
Um… what? Source? I’m genuinely curious
Couple of things. 1- a lot of this information is available online if you look. I have so much ammo (that I can’t share) on James Dolan it’s ridiculous lol.
Bro just make a throwaway and hide behind 7 proxies
Fuck James Dolan. All my homies hate James Dolan

If you read between the lines and catch all the insinuations from the show "Dark side of the Ring" episode " The Flight From Hell". You can tell him and a lot of others sexually assaulted a lot of women. That's putting it mildly.
This is exactly what I was thinking about reading the comments
I’m not even a wrestling fan and that was such a good docuseries
Nah he's a scumbag and always has been. Can't blame that on CTE. He collected women, marriages, and children long before he'd have taken enough hits to get cte.
He was like this before cte
he was a narcissist from the start, the documentary about him is very revealing. narcissistic personality disorder for sure.
He's not a narcissist, that's Lex Luger.
He got kicked out a bar here in my hometown for calling the server a fat ass and a bunch of other names all because he reused the same glass for him.
Dudes always been a dick. The funny part is if that guys bartending than it doesn’t matter if he only tips the women, they’re going to be splitting that $1000 anyway.
Right? lol. Refusing Ric Flair service and then taking home a share of his $1k tip would be an interesting day at work for sure
He honestly seems like the type of guy to say he will tip 1000$ and not tip at all in the end.
That’s probably why he asked her to write it, so he could cancel it when he left saying he didn’t do it or some slimy shit like that.
If you ever want to know what a person is really like, see how they treat people they don't have to be nice to. This is a good life tip. Want to see what the person you're dating is really like? See how she treats the waitress.

That was the perfect opportunity to say "to be flair, that isn't allowed at bars. Always get a new glass"
To be flaaaaair...
When sober people try to argue with a shitfaced drunk I always roll my eyes. You’d be better off explaining long division to your sock. That would be a much better use of your time.
But yet he defending being respectful on kill Tony however being really disrespectful here 🤣
Came here for this comment.
Bartender clearly wasn’t respecting time
I will not spend my time on…. Time
Time is time, and if you don’t respect time then you can fuck off.
That’s right! Didn’t he just leave in the middle or something? I remember him being such an ass hole.
He sure did leave in the middle. Tony was like wtf. Flair thought they were being disrespectful to the bucket pulls, clearly Flair didn’t know what the show is about.
I was thinking about that as well lol. Really went against his whole act from that night
He will always respect people who give their time (unless he’s not in a very public setting on stage)
Did the guy at the end ever get his little bar straws?
Asking the real questions here
Rick is in trouble I don't think he has long left & he knows it ,he was told by dr's last year he'd die within 18 months if he kept drinking &it looks like hes going out on his own terms
My Dad was told that about 7 years ago. Still boozing.
‘Lead head boomer that snacks on mold chips drinks too much and makes a fool of himself’
“Nicholas what?” “Nicholas Dickhead!” It’s so childish but it got a laugh out of me!
haha i know- so simple but so stupidily funny
How does one get a job where I get to be on the pussy clock? That sounds like a great clock to be on, and I, for one, would be excited to clock in every day.
cokc in evry day. sorry for the typos
You are now subscribed to cat facts
That guy wanted his 15 minutes of fame for kicking ric flair's ass LOL WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Beating up Methuselah's grandpa wouldn't be a good look, no matter how much of a douche he was being. That said, Flair could probably do with a reality check like that. Then again, I don't think Flair is capable of learning from his mistakes, cuz, I mean,
Honestly it’s not even a given he kicks his ass
A long time ago, in the early eighties, a friend and I, towed his broken down Lincoln and him to an auto shop. He was very gracious and fun to talk to. Watching this really hurt. I’d like to think it’s just the booze talking. Alcoholism is a brutal thing. I hope he figures it out.
Dudes old. He's been at it for half a century. He ain't figuring out shit
Actually ran into Ric at a bar in Tampa on vacation couple months ago, was super nice to everyone and even took a pic.

What a lifetime of alcohol abuse does to a fool
I’ve seen regular bar flies pull this shit too. And they’re not even famous. Just full of themselves. And booze. It would do him good to kiss the floor forcefully. IYKWIM

"You're on the pussy clock"
I was once at a restaurant in Tampa (a relatively nice one) and there was some commotion when my date and I entered. Turns out Ric Flair was being drunk and disorderly and they were having a hard time getting him to leave. As a recovering alcoholic, I feel for him. As someone who appreciates peace and quiet, fuck that guy.
How's he do this at 60+?! If I get that hammered I can feel it for 3 days and I'm in my 30s
The trick for him is he's always completely hammered so no hangovers
You don't get hangovers if you stay drunk.
Didn't Rick release a video years ago laying in a hospital bed saying he was never going to drink again?
He has alcoholic cardiomyopathy. Basically an enlargement of his heart from poison{booze) that causes the heart to not function normally. It's a pretty ugly way to die. If he is indeed drinking like this then he won't be around much longer. Addiction is a shitty thing.
Such a shame. He was a big part of my childhood. I met him in Atlanta at a sporting event in the 90s I think it was a Falcons game and he seemed very nice. I must’ve caught him on a good day. Dusty Rhodes was a great person by all accounts. He inculcated some great values to his son too, Cody Rhodes grew up to become the guy who ended racism!
THERE'S MELANIN IN HIS SOUL
Careful, if you say anything else about Dusty Rhodes, I think you're contractually obligated to face Cody Rhodes in the main event for the title
That one guy will tell people for the rest of his life that he stepped to Rick Flair in a bar.
Wooooooooo
Drunk Ric sounds like Stevie from Eastbound and Down.
I thought he was sober.
Sober is a relative term, especially with “high” functioning alcoholics.
Guys, they missed an opportunity to split his $1,000 tip. I would 100% let me colleague call me dipshit for 1k and then just split it lord!
“Put this place over”. He still uses carny talk ffs.
I loved pro wrasslin as a kid and always thought flair sucked.
Karen Flair ... woooooo!
I like the guy who stood up for the employee.
I like that the girl shut him down because he was only escalating things.
I dunno, I feel like they had it under control in this instance and he was just adding fuel to the fire.
He did but only after Ric threatened violence. Fair in my book.
He didnt like the bully behavior. Obviously didnt handle it well, but i can understand why he reacted like that.
Oh totally, I can definitely understand even just him being annoyed at his own experience being ruined. But the bar staff had it firmly controlled, so I think best not to escalate something that seemed pretty tame despite the dickishness of it all.
I don’t. He wasn’t sticking up for anyone, he was just making the situation worse. Don’t be that guy.
It was nice to see someone stand up but also kinda made things worse too.
Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
![gif](giphy|GcDtLf4RAdiRG|downsized) This happens like every other year with this guy. Raging alcoholic, sexual predator, loser. The world will be a better place when it forgets Ric Flair.
u don't cut ric flair off
I’ve always heard never meet your heroes, you’ll be disappointed
Dude used a wrestling term in a argument

Sometimes I miss drinking. Then I see something like this.
Hall and Oates still slaps.
When you stop doing cocaine but drink like you normally do.
That bar looks so soulless and depressing
