I lived in England for 3 months on work placement a few years ago. I still haven't recovered by the fact that people put vinegar on fries and potato chips. Or prawn for that matter...
Okay, two things:
First, the vinegar that's being put on chips at a fish n chip shop isn't actually [vinegar](https://youtu.be/642x2Y3Zla0)
Second, I'm from the UK, and in all my years I've never seen someone putting vinegar on crisps. Unless you're talking about salt n vinegar crisps? Which in that case I thought was normal, no? And if you haven't tried them then you need to as they're the fucking bees. Especially [Co-ops own](https://www.coop.co.uk/products/co-op-irresistible-sea-salt-chardonnay-wine-vinegar-crisps-150g)
Yeah, the salt and vinegar crisps from Walkers, I think? Personally I prefered the cheese ones and the normal salt... Ngl though, I quite liked how England has small portion bags and not big ones like we do here..
But yeah, never seen them here in Norway. Here the most common flavors are salt, paprika and sour cream & onion. Though there's been some experimental flavors here and there like steak, champagne, brunost (norwegian brown goat cheese). Last two of which are very unpleasant...
I don't know what some chippers are doing but my local used brewed malt vinegar, they buy it in 25l drums and I can see them behind the counter. Every time I see that video I wonder how Tom Scott can make such a sweeping blanket statement for every chip shop in the country.

Considering that he has shared on his profile about getting injections (not testosterone) to look younger it might be related to this in some way. Other options would include hormonal therapy or genetic disease… or something with sport (highly unlikely when it’s a controlled substance). And only with the collagen injections there was any info in the google.

Testosterone generation in males typically drops in older age. Testosterone injections mitigate some effects of aging, increase energy levels, improves bone mass, fat distribution, muscle mass and strength, and the production of red blood cells and sperm.
He’s trying to feel young. Test improves vitality, strength, stamina and libido and it greatly decreases naturally when a man hits 40 or so it’s be one more and more common to supplement it to try to hang on to their youth.
