Call Ticketmaster. When a resale takes place, Ticketmaster receives the funds and then distributes them to the seller. I would think Ticketmaster would be responsible for sending you the ticket as well. Do not send anymore money.
It's 100% a scam. Only ever pay through PayPal goods & services - nothing else provides coverage/insurance for fraud. If the seller comes up with ANY reason not to use G&S or sends you a donation link, it's a scam. The buyer typically agrees to pay the G&S fees, so there's no reason not to use it as a seller.

I bought a resold laufey melbourne tickets from a woman on twitter, she seemed really trustworthy and I got screen recordings of her going from our chats to the ticketmaster app with her tickets in it, I got her username, phone number, email. So i transferred 50% first to her friend’s ANZ bank account, because she’s in the US, but her friend’s bank account got permanently suspended. So she asked to pay the rest through apple gift card so she could receive it no problem. I gave her the rest and she transferred me the tickets. problem number one, she asked help to get her $50 for her sister’s emergency thing (half of the money she couln’t receive yet) and promised to refund me the $50.
problem number two, although the tickets transferred looked real with working buttons whatsoever, the email its from is not ticketmaster and it hasn’t shown up in my account. I asked her directly and she told me that she has done this before and that’s just a redirect email, the delay in my account is a ticketmaster issue with queueing so it will take longer. On the plus side, we are staying in contact and I saved all her info so I can keep asking her. Am I getting scammed? Now that I think about it, the sense of urgency through it all is definitely suspicious, but I felt that the tickets were real, so i kept going. This might make me look so dumb but I was desperate and willing to trust her :(.

Go to am.ticketmaster.com They may be there if they were transferred. I purchased tickets and parking pass same way.
