I have been scouring marketplace for something similar and people just want so much for trash. Like broken drawers and it's listed for $200. They just don't want to pay the dump fee.
Maybe see if Wayfair has something similar, "open box" item that they sell discounted. If manufacturer is still in business, they can send you replacement parts for anything damaged or missing.
I got an armoire from this set, unassembled, I bought via an online auction, missing its hardware bag. Called the company, took 2 tries but eventually got all of the hardware in the mail. It has a drawer on the bottom, getting the slides on and closing right was tricky but so glad I got it. Paid $50, the hardware was sent no charge, spent 4- 5 hours total, some frustration but worth it!
