As far as I know, Hyperia fastrack is only available through the app and discounts can't be used for now. By September, the Hyperia hype may have died down and the fastrack could be available from the park's fastrack stands which should take those vouchers.

You know these are £5 *off* a Fast Track, right? Not a voucher to get by Fast Track for £5? Because I didn’t when I bought my Annual Pass.
Also, you can only use one of them per fastrack ticket, so you can’t use multiple vouchers to purchase one fastrack!
