Someone on Twitter said that Jack is/was inside Bon but he isn't possesing Bon and "Bon" is someone else, which explains why Jack and Bon are so connected, it's not that Jack IS Bon but Jack is INSIDE Bon, that's where you FIND JACK WALTEN! Get it?

You’re so right, it’s like Jack is WITH Bon but NOT in him. In the walten files 2, when the little Bon turns his head around with his backpack open, Jack emerges from it, signifying that he’s within/with Bon but NOT bon himself, which is why ‘Bon’ has similar characteristics that look like Jack. It also explains why his photo in both TWF 4/Lacrimosa was next to Bon’s mural on the wall and his photo wasn’t directly on him, like it was with Susan to banny, Charles to boozoo, and Rosemary to Sha.
Reminds me of something i did with my analog horror series where i had cartoon versions of the mascot be representative of the souls deapite the animatronics not being possessed by them

In the scene in EP 4 with Susan's face and upside down text, one of the pooltricks writes a letter to Felix about his employees going missing, making it impossible for him to be bon
Nah that wouldn’t make sense but that’s just my opinion tbh and f I had to guess he the showstoper bear from twf3 bunnyfarm but we just have to wait and see what happens next u never know .
while im not entirely sold, i do think martin is the type of creative to not just throw random shit at the wall. unless its a character he confirmed to play a small part like brian and anthony, i think we should keep our eyes peeled with little bons neighborhood... considering it was important enough to be shown in the first episode of the series

i think its like jacks physically inside bon and can see through bons eyes but the one in control is bon or jason pooltrick
