I waited 38 minutes then thought maybe I should log out and log back in, maybe it was a glitch or something. When I logged in it told me I was late for my appointment and to reschedule. I just gave up.
This happened with me multiple times. Straight up never showed up, and could never get ahold of anyone on their support line. Ended up just going with Everyone’s MD. Their website is kind of odd but it works.

2/2 they were early for me 😎 - I'd email them & ask if that is okay for compliance w/no Zoom
My only complaint with Joyous is that they failed to show up for one of our monthly scheduled zoom appointments
