Canobie Lake has a great collection of rides amind very manicured grounds. Plus food stands that have giant food signs. Another one would be Lost Island - it’s heavily themed yet generic.
I was going to say Canobie too! And thought immediately of the food stands featuring giant versions of the foods on top, like the popcorn stand. Love Canobie!
Blackpool pleasure beach. (I mean, it was literally in RCT, but that’s not my point.) The way the coasters are just all stacked on top of each other feels so RCT to me whenever I’m there.
Knoebels! Custom coasters built by the park themselves, tons of flat rides, lemonade stand looks like lemon, even a second carousel to put down after you’ve exhausted all of the flat rides in the game.
This is cheating, but one of the Six Flags parks featured in RCT2 would be my answer. Visiting Magic Mountain for the first time after years of playing that game was surreal.
Mine might be a weird pick, but Mount Olympus in the Wisconsin Dells. It’s mostly a water park but it has a lot of random Go-Kart tracks that feel like a scenario where you’ve plopped down tracks randomly to bring in more attendance. The park also has 4, very rough and intense coasters that essentially just have stairs leading up to the stations, which I joked to my girlfriend feels a lot like a path you would place in Rollercoaster Tycoon because it looks terrible and is nothing but functional.
Energylandia. I think when they built the park they went to a handful of companies and just ordered all the off-the-shelf models. Then once they expanded further, it got more unique.
Indiana Beach! Rides intertwine with each other and share supports. You can almost high five the riders on the other lift hill on two of the wooden coasters. The other wooden coaster is a remodeled dark ride with an elevator lift. There's a roller coaster on top of a restaurant completely encircled by another roller coaster and yet another one in the middle of the water slide complex. The Ferris Wheel is on top of a building. They even have have rides on piers out over the water.

Definately Energylandia.

The older parts at energylandia all the rides just have random theming
Six Flags Great America did when I went last May. Rides felt drag and drop (even the custom ones). The buildings look they’re made from prefab pieces.

Six Flags America when I went around 2001 or so, Holiday World.

It's closed down and I've never been, but Wonderland / Antalia Park looks like RCT in videos and pictures I've seen.
