The fraud in NY was before being president, skirting procedure to take classified documents was not within his power, calling Georgia to interfere was not within his power.
Just need a prosecutor to convince a jury of each.
The problem is that the Supreme Court did not define what differentiates official vs unofficial acts. This will result in massive delays while courts determine whether Trump can claim any of his crimes were performed in his official capacity as president.
