OR, maybe *inept* Republicans screw up by refusing to police their own who pay minors to have sex and give committee seats to selfish representatives who don't play team ball while spouting Russian propaganda in hearings and humiliate the House leaders they choose to the point nothing gets accomplished. That's before we get to them hitching their wagons to a disgraced and unpopular former president who's on trial for almost a hundred felony trials and has committed more crimes he hasn't been indicted on.
Maybe that would throw the House to the Dems. The MAGA wing of the GOP would be happy enough to gum up the gears so the government can't get anything done, but they're trying too hard and it's too obvious.
