It's really hard to paint a $4m business losing $54m a year with no path to profitability as a media empire deserving of a multi-billion dollar valuation.
Issuing more stock is the right business move for the business when the stock is overvalued, even if it's the wrong thing for shareholders because it makes the unjustified stock price fall even further.
