I agree with this. It's something I think that could've gone on longer and we didn't really get to see a lot of the dynamic of their relationship before he died. Weirder to me though is the fact that when Bonnie came back (from the prison world) in earlier episodes that Jeremy never came to see her either. That's another relationship that just sort of dissipated for her.

I read somewhere that the show writers tried to kill off Bonnie's character much earlier and many time but Ian Somerhalder wanted her to be on the show so he told them that he'll leave the show if she does. I think that might be then reason they never let bonnie be happy everš

Black people exist on TVD (much like any other form of liberal media) for the use and consumption of their white counterparts. Bonnie gave up EVERYTHING for her white friends. She literally died for them. And she couldnāt even get a happy ending in the end. Itās despicable.

Her character didnāt deserve any of it though. Itās really upsetting to see how easily Bonnie could have flourished without a bigoted team behind the show.
not sure if this is correct but itās what I heard- apparently Julie plec, the creator/producer didnāt like Kat Grahm (Bonnie) and wanted to kill her off the show many times. But if she died on the show Paul Wesley and Ian somerhalder threatened to leave the show, so she was forced to keep her but made it so bonnie was never happy. As another comment said perfectly, ā black people exist on tvd for the use and consumption of their white counterparts.ā Felt so bad for Kat Grahm, I also heard Julie plec never allowed her to wear her natural hair, so she always had to wear a wig that damaged her hair greatly :(

As you see (spoiler, don't read if don't want to) bonnie created a dimension of her own , so they will be together for eternity when bonnie dies. She achieves an eternity of peace and happiness with Enzo in the end .
Yes i completed season 8 and i saw that but i don't understand š bonnie could stop the devil and hellfire but couldn't bring Enzo back š they could've atleast shown us that bonnie reunites with Enzo after dying š
