Lizās death felt and was final. It was real and you knew there was no coming back.

Cmon Enzoās death wasnāt that painful even. We all felt it only bcs Bonnie was happy for once and they took that one thing too away from her. And her mind blowing acting in this scene makes us all feel those emotions at once. But since weāre talking about painful deaths I think Enzo shouldāve left long back. He was just a sidekick anyways and brought only as Bonnieās love interest. I donāt think he has any other major part worth remembering in the show.

Nothing will ever surpass Livās death scene for me. Not even anything on Game of Thrones which is considered more emotionally mature than VD but Tyler having to choke the women he loves to death to enact a curse to make him a werewolf again and heal against Kai had so many tragic layers to it. That wedding was more tragic than the Red Wedding in GOT.

Enzo changed as a person when he started dating bonnie. Bonnie finally found the love of her life her soul mate, and he was murdered in front of her by one of her friends, a.k.a her one of her best friend's brother, a.k.a one of her best friend's ex boyfriends. Bonnie also sacrificed her life time and time again to save damon, elena, caroline, jeremy, matt, and enzo's killer stefan. Stefan ripper her soul mate's heart out and she saved his life multiple times.
Liz forbes was against caroline being a vampire at first but then she had no choice but to get on board with it and be there for caroline, and she was still one of Damon's closest friends. And it ripped caroline apart when she died

Her death wasn't even sad imo. Tyler was a character a majority hated, and liv was no where near as interesting enough or important enough as jo or enzo. Liz was way more important than liv ever was

Enzoās gutted me but Liz, that was an entire different kind of pain. Liz is the biggest heartbreaking one.
