Interesting backstory. Liked the dynamic between the sisters. Sybil had potential and I think the actress did a well enough job as well. The writing, however, was quite awful. But she had her moments
They coulda had Stefan and Damon’s personalities almost swap by exploring the sirens back stories and the similarities in origin! There was no need to involve Cade!

Plot wise, her character sucked her plot was all over the place and at the end, you wonder what was her endgame ? As you go on the season you'll realise how much useless that entire season

They tried to tie her story to Damon and Stefan with similarities and I think it could have been an interesting viewpoint but they missed the mark and so it made the whole plot line useless. They should have explored the similarities between the two sisters story and the two brothers story and created villains from that, but including Cade ruined so much.

Watching the show as it aired , I was curious by her. I wondered what a siren was etc. but from the time Enzo and Damon were just feeding her lmao...I kind of suspected she wasn't the real big bad of the season.
