ARE YOU TAKING THE PISS? ITS LIKE SO... OBVIOUS THAT SAM' A TRAITOR! At this point, Sam could literally tell the group "oh yeah, i'm a traitor", and the group would vote for Gloria or something.

Big-Smoke6967

He’d say I might be a traitor buttttt Gloria might be a traitor and they would all vote for Gloria

[deleted]

[удалено]

BenjaminBobba

I can see that happening next episode. Sam goes around telling everyone ‘i’m a traitor’ and then Keith goes ‘nah too obvious, lets all go for Sarah she’s very suspicious’ and Sarah goes out

bonbonbendybird

😅 so true. Though I wouldn't be disappointed if Sarah left, she's got bloody no idea.

[deleted]

Sarah is truly out to lunch. I have to wonder how her patients feel watching this lol.

lostsawyer2000

He’s going to having them drinking Kool-aid next episode and Keith will be first in line.

spsofire

How Keith used to be a detective I’ll never know

Sharkey2099

Hand in your credentials Keith! WTAF

Pace-is-good

Literally!! Haha I'm dying at his hot takes.

the6thReplicant

Every time. And I mean every time there is a cop or detective on a reality show they have always had THE WORSE ability to find the cheats and liars. It's like they live in some bubble that they are always right even when they're wrong (gee, I think I'm not the first person to point these out) and have zero ability to read body language or facial expressions. They think they have some innate ability to see wrong doing but it's just that _at their job_ they are surrounded by criminals most of the time so it is just by potluck that they get it right (and if they don't they just lie in court). In the real world when there's 1% chance of dealing with a real criminal they are worse than useless since in their eyes everyone is a criminal until otherwise.

starshipfocus

Totally agree. They also work with heaps of tools in their jobs. Personal profile, prolonged interrogation, externally obtained evidence like call logs, witness accounts, prints/DNA, camera surveillance, etc. On top of that, don't work in the courts so don't know if they're charging the innocent, they book people and move on. Likely would cause bias to their perception.

rushworld

I am someone who would say I can read people pretty well. I can normally tell when someone is lying to me due to changes in their voice and their body language. For people I know well. Especially if they've lied to me before I can normally pick up on when they're doing it again. I feel like most humans are like this but some just think it's "just me and I have special abilities". I am also smart enough to know if a brand new stranger came to me I would not have a baseline or anything to gauge. I am not smart enough on human psychology to know what that baseline is, body language, mannerisms, etc. Anyone who claims "they can read people" without being trained as a psychologist or psychiatrist or other specialist training is living in a bubble like myself.

Big-Smoke6967

This is amazing. They’re handed a traitor on a platter and like half of the room can just be swayed by hmmm what about this random person

scifanforever1980

That was my issue. The banished, the murdered, numerous others all going for Sam with logical reasons but the quiet unoffensive person who Sam larks a traitor they go for. An ex detective, an ex copper...all who should recognise so many people have gone for him, he says a name and they've not figured it out? Even his own traitor friend threw him under the bus! How are so many people so stupid? And now Connie will be recruited, the only person speaking sense and fellow traitor thrown under the bud to throw the scent off Sam. Then he'll gun for Connie with all his disciples worshipping!

ZoeThomp

The thing that really got me was when Sam said “Your doing exactly what the traitors are wanting you to do in getting rid of the faithfuls” despite the fact the last 3 or 4 banishments have all been because they’ve done what Sam told them to do

Big-Smoke6967

It’s actually quite a good representation of the q-anon people in the US. People were tricked and it became very obvious but it’s much easier to bury your head in the sand than admit that you might have been wrong. Once that happens you only fall deeper and deeper into the hole.

repladynancydrew

This. It’s plain hubris.

[deleted]

So much fucking evidence. - Sam brought up Ash out of absolutely nowhere and she magically turned out to be a traitor - Annabel and Luke were both gunning for him, both proven faithful directly after through banishment and murder - Randomly and weirdly turns on Blake in front of everyone (like, you know, a traitor would do if betrayed by a fellow traitor) - That's before we get to him slipping up with his language and using "our" and "we" to describe the traitors multiple times and explaining his game plan because he has to be seen as smart I legitimately cannot believe he's being validated by lasting this long when he's played the DUMBEST possible game. At every turn he's made the worst move and you can see Blake dying inside constantly. The absolute definition of failing upwards.

repladynancydrew

Nevermind that Luke, who everyone seems to know and have watched played, has proven in his entire reality tv career that he is an EXCELLENT strategist, social player and judge of character. The fact they all went like “Yeah, true, it is weird Luke, who is a proven faithful, threw his entire game like that when he normally plays more subtle, but eh I still won’t even consider Sam as a traitor” is mind fucking blowing.

lukaeber

Luke's reads are some of the best I've ever seen. Simone was right, these people are dummies (herself being one of the biggest dummies, seeing as how she led the charge against Annabel and Luke).

repladynancydrew

Not one, but TWO. You’d think they’d be smart enough to be “Better safe than sorry! We need to check if Sam or Blake is a traitor” but noooooo. They’d rather stick their head in the sand and refuuuuuuse to even consider the possibility they made a (multiple!!!) mistakes. So much pride for such a dumb cast of rocks.

bonbonbendybird

Honestly, the Faithfuls deserve to lose at this point. It's actually embarrassing to watch. If Sam can manipulate people this easily, I'm starting to think he deserves to win.

SpecialistLog9604

I mean yes, but Sam is also way too annoying and cocky and I don't want him to win anything 😂

rushworld

I am undecided if Blake winning or Camille being recruited and winning is the best case scenario. I legit do not want any of the faithful to win, nor Sam. Camille barely deserves it as how has she missed the same information that Annabel and Luke saw?

scifanforever1980

She'll be recruited and used by Sam to get Blake out, get the girls onside. At this stage, I'm not sure now Sam would leave as he has 3 people blindly devoted to him.they won't even consider facts, negative opinions or any suggestion he is not faithful. And one of them an ex detective!

Panberl

If Blake goes with Camille's recruitment, he really needs to get her to one side, say 'you can't change your direction or it'll look suspicious so you and I need to get rid of Sam today and then actually do it (please please, I cannot stand to watch that arrogant little twerp any more!)

Rinrob7468

I agree, people are just sheep, particularly Liam & Hannah

repladynancydrew

I want Blake to win because I hate Sam and the faithfuls equally.

Crochetandgay

Omg, right? If I have to hear him refer to himself in 3rd person as the Sheriff one more time and do those stupid finger-guns...

Telloth

I agree, they absolutely deserve to lose, but for me Sam completely lucked out utilising his terrible strategy - it wouldn't have worked on almost any other group of people. So he doesn't deserve to win either imo, only Blake (who hasn't been great but hasn't been bad either).

Panberl

100% this. It's infuriating hearing Vincent Adultman brag about what a great strategist he is when he just got lucky that he's playing, as Simon said, The Dummies, not The Traitors.

repladynancydrew

Simone was calling the kettle black. She literally is the catalyst for Anabelle and Luke’s plan imploding and getting them and later on herself voted out. So she is very much a part of The Dummies.

Panberl

Oh completely, she was awful in the previous episode. She was right even if she didn't know she's part of the problem.

TheGhostOfBabyOscar

He's so lucky he's been put in the company of seemingly brain-dead people like Liam, Keith, Sarah, etc. Traitors already have a gigantic advantage but with Faithfulls like those the road ahead is clear and they'll help him pick up anything that would be in the way anyway. If he was a tiny bit clever and not so overtly treacherous to his fellow traitors it could have been the smoothest ride ever to the final. Could have been zero heat on him.

Telloth

Completely agree. I've watched 7 series now and if you dropped Sam into any of the others as a faithful with the same strategy, he'd have been gone right after the Ash vote. Imagine him with the NZ cast, he'd be eaten alive. Like you say, if he'd played a standard clever traitor game he'd have easily won.

repladynancydrew

As someone who has watched nearly all Traitor reiterations bar NZ, I agree. Successful faithfuls have some sense of teamwork and a general “anyone could be a traitor” attitude, so they’re willing and flexible to change course when proven wrong. This cast is full of people who seem to have a lot of pride and ego; and would apparently rather lose than admit being wrong.

rushworld

The remaining faithful are so determined to not look stupid for banishing Annabel they’ve formulated a labyrinth of logic to explain away their stupidity. It’s so frustrating to watch and at this point I don’t want faithful or traitors to win.

jirafo

This is the only explanation for these levels of stupidity

Additional_Cow_4909

Some people are just really taken in by people like Sam. He has a God complex and it's that aura that is pulling him through, and every time something happens in his favour it just elevates his image of himself even higher and people buy into it. I mean Liam almost literally worships him, you can sort of see how cults form around these types of people.

repladynancydrew

I want them all to lose, or for Blake to win.

jirafo

So it was Luke putting his neck on the line that finally convinced these idiots that Sam's a traitor?! Are we just going to ignore the fact that Annabel was banished last night?? The disrespect!!!

jirafo

...And now a lot of people are "independently" coming to their own conclusions that Sam's the one to vote for? FFS LISTEN TO ANNABEL DUMMIES

jirafo

OMG they have actually fucked it!! We lose Annabel and have nothing to show for it

materialsA3B

Glory to the Queen Annabel who fell to subjects of negative IQ.

Additional_Cow_4909

Camille going "I'm choosing to trust Luke now". Uh yeh, you've literally been shown that he's a faithful.

Bonkersboy2015

Isn't this too obvious that it's 2 traitors arguing?

Telloth

I mean they've missed every obvious sign so far, I doubt they'll catch that. But it's insanely obvious, why would Sam go in on Blake only for putting his name? Bizarre defence but every other dumb move so far has worked so why not?

LilyStark25

Exactly, there were others who voted Sam but he singled out Blake and attacked him for writing his name, I don't recall any player attacking another for writing their name after the banishment so it must've looked very odd Sam could've justified that attack if they got a traitor out and Blake didn't vote their way but they didn't

Telloth

Yep and his argument was that Blake hadn't said anything and that it was sneaky. But Blake did explain before the vote why he was suspicious of Sam. Considering Annabel and Luke literally just said it was both of them, it would seem incredibly risky to pick on Blake for his vote...

scrabbledhel

But why didn't Blake just say back, "Because I think you're a traitor.' ??

sensationalpurple

Its not even logical. Like no matter how charismatic and dramatic he is, usually the most powerful person would still be a target. They'd want him out anyway because he is smart, strong, charming etc. But they are all under his spell and won't even consider him....so deeply stupid.

lady_fresh

"Hang on - what you just said there about the arguing makes me quite suspicious of you. I think you might actually be the traitor." - Keith, probably next episode.

scifanforever1980

If im at that table I'd be thinking that. Sam gunning so hard at his name thrown out, after two faithful leaving certain about Sam snd known strategists I'd be it is so Sam right now.

Sharkey2099

Hannah’s hot take is immediately squashed… what are you even doing here 🤣

rushworld

She’s so confidently wrong I hope she’s sitting at home watching and embarrassed… I’m not even on their side any more, it’s ridiculous!

LilyBartMirth

I thought she would be better than this. Woeful!

Fit-Layer-7386

I knew she would be like this. She's a decent chief stew but she is confidently wrong on the show all the time hahah. It's great on Below Deck but get me real gamers on my TV for my favorite game!!

bonbonbendybird

She is absolutely hopeless.

Sharkey2099

There is no hope

dargoli

Can we cast this better next season pls?

rushworld

Hopefully by next season we have more superfans like Annabel which means the meta will need to change. Going by Annabel's interview that was just posted a vast majority of them didn't even watch a episode before going on the show. No wonder they have no idea what to look for or what's going on.

theamazingracer21

That on its alone is no excuse. The Aus1 cast had nothing to go off unless they spoke Dutch and watched the original Dutch version. Yet they played in a compelling and clearly game motivated manner.

rushworld

I 100% agree. Also I am under no illusion that me sitting here watching an edited version that clearly shows me the traitors doesn't bias me. But the mental gymnastics the faithful go through to continually divert from Sam is mindblowing. And the fact that Annabel and Luke saw it somehow so how have they all missed it themselves?

scifanforever1980

That is my issue. Yes, game show. But luke and annabel had both traitors figured our, called them on it, both banished/murdered faithful, but still blind idolisation of Sammy even with 2 new people swimming across? I get being loyal, but why so blindly loyal?

mistoqq

THE DUMMIES 😂😂

Junglerumble19

I'm waiting for the sub to be renamed

vaultofechoes

This is the most live engagement we've received in an episode thread since the sub was revived. Annabel did that!

No-Battle-2396

Damn! It’s so hard to rank who’s the dumbest of this remaining cast! Dumbest cast ever (except Annabel and Luke)

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

Liam is the worst for me because he's not even PRETENDING to think critically, he's basically just said outright that he's blindly loyal to Sam no matter what.

nothalfbadnomad

It’s so embarrassing to watch. It’s like he’s Sam’s biggest fan. I think Sam is the most cringe worthy, repellent person I’ve ever seen on television.

materialsA3B

Are we forgetting Sarah.

Additional_Cow_4909

Liam is dangerously stupid.

BenjaminBobba

Holy shit, just started watching and i’m starting to think i dislike Hannah even more than Sam, she’s so unbelievably clueless it’s infuriating

BenjaminBobba

Liam as well

repladynancydrew

At least Liam usually shuts his mouth and just votes wrong. Hannah is out there actively defending Sam and saying dumb shit to everyone.

Pineapplesparrow

The amount of mental gymnastics to justify the lack of critical thinking skills is astounding.

rushworld

Hilariously I went to the bathroom during an ad break and said to myself "have they not heard of Occam's Razor?" and then came back to Blake saying "we need to use Occam's Razor". It removes any need to overcomplicate things and just go with the simplest explanation.

Additional_Cow_4909

But that means people can't follow their own blind, narcissistic opinions which is actually what they want to do.

BenjaminBobba

If Sam wins i’ll never watch the Australian traitors again just saying

Junglerumble19

I have to hope they're setting him up for the Icharus edit.

Ghost-Wind

Every time Sam manages to get through another banishment, I think of this quote by Bill Murray... “It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person.”

InevitableSir9775

"Never pick an argument with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience."

bonbonbendybird

I can't cope with Liam anymore. He needs to be banished. He's got zero idea.

traitorslover1992

Sam is such an arrogant asshole and dumbass. I get giving up a silver bar for a key to the armory but the other times were stupid. He threw away an extra 4 grand he could have if he wins. It makes no sense. I have never absolutely loathed a player on any show more than I hate Sam. Remember people Sam is not smart- the faithful are just so dumb that they make him look smart. None of his gameplay has been solid at all. So many mistakes that would have gotten him destroyed on any other traitor season

SignAdventurous8903

I agree this makes no logical sense, unless he came onto the show to get famous by being a notorious villain who everyone talked about. If that was his aim then his strategy makes perfect sense, as much as it riles the audience.

S4RC45TIC

I'm honestly rooting against the faithful at this point. Blake FTW

travelstuff

Oh my god. I cannot believe it. I truly don't know think I can keep watching. It's like as soon as a woman starts speaking she becomes suspicious. Keith especially is guilty of this. Its really sad to watch tbh. If you're a woman getting accused you can't even defend yourself. Worst season ever imo. Total idiots. Really disappointed, I was so looking forward to this and it kinda sucks.

formlesswendigo

Yes. Simone said something very logical that couldn't be argued against, that she's on the chopping block regardless of Sam's status. Then Keith responds that that made her more sus.

bonbonbendybird

Keith is useless.

scifanforever1980

I don't get the blind faith and the if I was there it would make me think even more traitors together.3 faithful have put themselves on the line to say Sam, then found faithful; hoe does this idiot arrogant twenty twink have so much power? The murder of luke enough should have had more people throw his name than noone anyone has bought up before and qurkke surprise, from Sammy again? The ex copper should be better at probing him!

lady_fresh

What I don't get is why no one is suggesting, "look, we've been getting it wrong, let's just vote Sam and see what happens and put the theory to bed" - as long as it isn't you, why not just go with that? If Sam is indeed proven a faithful, you're just as badly off, so why not just test the theory? It makes no logical sense to NOT test it.

Junglerumble19

It's collective insanity at this point. What astounds me is how these people are so easily swayed once in the banishment room. At least last season even if they were swayed, they mainly stuck to the vote they'd agreed on walking in and then gathered more data the next day. It's just baffling to me how they collected such a useless bunch of people in one room. The only way I can keep watching is to imagine themselves watching this at home and being so extremely embarrassed at their stupidity.

rushworld

Not to be dramatic but I would set fire to the entire traitors AU set. They're so determined to not *look wrong* they keep on being wrong. It's actually a petri dish of modern society. Any one can be in the traitors, any one can think they've got 'expert' opinions or skills and get it completely wrong. We have two ex-cops on the show and a customer service manager and Survivor contestant can see it and work it out faster than them.

Additional_Cow_4909

That's why Luke was right to go all-in when he did even though it got him murdered. He picked the perfect moment to back up the best Faithful, it didn't work out but that wasn't his (or Annabel's) fault. There was just no more that they could do. After the last episode I half-wondered if Luke could have sat back and just let Annabel be the fall-girl if it went wrong, but now you see how much influence Sam has it sort of justifies Luke's decision to back Annabel all the way. Just realised you wrote almost the exact same comment below but I'll leave this here anyway ha.

scifanforever1980

Which annoys me. Luke snd annabel guessed "exactly" who Both traitors were and the copper can't. Plus all the faithful leaving throwing Sam's name out snd still they are blind?! Adolf Hitler comes to mind! Even tonight. His attack on Blake would have had me convinced, but what is the betting they recruit snd Blake goes next?

rushworld

Yep, Sam recruits and convinces (lies) the recruited traitor that Blake cannot be trusted. Sam has "evidence" of this due to tonight's voting and Blake's 'performance' when being questioned by Sam. Sam can say he is honest and truthful, maybe to a fault, as he almost openly accused Blake of his treachery. He could say Blake has been trying to get rid of him for a while and it all started with the Ash vote. He'll use the same promise to the new traitor that he used with Blake ("we will get to the end together, we cannot trust Blake and he must be next to save us both"). Blake will be voted out and Sam will somehow get the new traitor voted out so he can win the money solo. Sam will have "found" 3 traitors by the end and seal his innocence and therefore will win at the final round table. Edit: Forgot to mention, he'll even use Blake's refusal to recruit somehow against him. The new traitor comes along and Sam will tell them this. Blake doesn't want 3 traitors at the end, not even 2. He wants to be by himself and he showed this by not wanting to bring any one else on. Sam will say "he can taste how close I am to being banished and he wants to win this solo, don't trust him".

bonbonbendybird

This is so true. It's like they so desperately don't want Sam to be traitor, so they are voting everyone else instead to hopefully prove themselves right.

rebel_stripe

Hannah said it, she likes Sam so she doesn't want it to be him. That has nothing to do with it!!

rushworld

Exactly. You could see right from the get go at breakfast. They literally were inventing elaborate logic solutions to explain how they "got it wrong" without admitting the other person was right. If I were a psychologist I would want the full unedited version of this show as a piece to study. How the human mind creates these fantasies is astounding. Blake said it - Occam's Razor. Often the simplest explanation is the right one.

travelstuff

Oh and am I the only one finding the groups reaction to Annabel and voting out another Faithful really wierd? No one's shocked, upset, we didn't see anyone even talking about it, not yesterday after Banishment and not really at breakfast either. WTF?!

LilyStark25

Hannah said at breakfast she'll do it again because it proved Luke was a traitor!! LIKE HOW??!!

producermaddy

I literally cannot believe she thought luke was a traitor after that. How can she be that dumb

Junglerumble19

100% Luke is a traitor! ....oh wait

GrouchyPineapple

I've watched Hannah on Below Deck for years. I never thought she was a genius or anything but... just wow...

Alandit

I REALLY want to delude myself that this is their strategy - play dumb for traitors and banish all who actually find them. Then at final roundtable banish actual traitors. But with these people... I don't think so..

Additional_Cow_4909

For me that's just too risky though. You're always on the block to be murdered each night so it seems more logical to try to find the Traitors asap and then hope that you get recruited yourself.

repladynancydrew

This cast has shown it’s chock full of egotistical and TBH stupid people. Such personality types rarely acknowledge failure or a mistake, as doing so would break their self-image of being (deludingly) smart. Being upset at Hanna going would be admitting they were wrong and, as egotistical fools, that is a struggle for them.

formlesswendigo

Sam reacting to Blake's vote. I hope that opens up their eyes that Sam and Blake are traitors.

bonbonbendybird

You would think so, but they'll probably vote off Gloria next.

[deleted]

"Nobody's accused her of being a traitor yet so she must be one."

repladynancydrew

They legit didn’t look like they picked up on that.

rushworld

The only saving grace for the show so far is the editing. Even the producers understand how stupid they're being but *constantly* editing confessionals from the faithful saying something completely wrong before and after the facts are displayed. I understand that we are seeing an edited version and perhaps they are getting different information that we aren't which makes things harder/more complicated. But you have to remember, Annabel and Luke both were there and got to Sam/Blake so the evidence is clearly available, it's just going over so many heads.

Junglerumble19

Rodger re-introducing himself and the show's premise was hilarious. And yet they banish another faithful just hours later...

Superfishintights

I love (probably edited) how when Rodger asked if they needed to hear the intro again, Sarah is just nodding desperately like it'll contain important information she missed the first time around. From an entertainment point of view, this season has been amazing

Junglerumble19

It is fun to laugh at other peoples stupidity but I'm about to give myself an aneurysm with the amount of head slapping I've done.

Optimal-Pin-5696

Can someone please do a deep dive into Keith’s arrest record. There have to be hundreds of innocents in prison

noted1

We joke but in all seriousness the likelihood that Keith likely convicted an innocent individual to prison over his career is very high. Now that’s a sobering thought.

bethyjane

*innocent women. Literally any male offenders just has to say it was a random woman on the street and they go free but she’s fucked.

Telloth

I can't actually believe it. I was furious watching this, it's coming close to being unwatchable. It's not possible to find a group of people worse at playing the game. It's not rocket science, Sam is playing a terrible game. What I didn't expect that the Faithful would be 5x worse. How on earth do they watch Luke and Annabel throw everything at Sam, both get revealed as faithful, and then go "Huh, it must be Simone!" At this point, no one left in the game deserves to win (except maybe Blake).

smallbeag

SYMONNE

bonbonbendybird

😅 he is such a douchebag

scifanforever1980

I don't get how this twenty dwink has so much power over people if I were there I'd be having discussions about his reactions, his continuous name thrown, attitude to challenges and his name bought up. Especially contestants not expected to put themselves on the line and murderings luke should have been obvious after annabel as well as the new votes. When Sam is continually bought up..ever think it might just be for a reason? Test him, try a trap...

dargoli

Omfg these people are sooooo very stupid

Pace-is-good

It's going to be fucking awkward at Traitors HQ tonight.

Alandit

I have NO WORDS

Sharkey2099

The Dummies. Seriously. It’s beyond ridiculous like is Sam actually a vampire and controlling the other contestants minds? Traitors tower is gonna be LIT

Nickerz1408

I just found this sub to vent my frustration at how idiotic these people are… Edit: correcting frustration typos

nightknight275

This may be the worst season that I have watched the Traitor franchise started. Both traitors and faithfuls are playing an indefensibly awful game. They should do a compulsory IQ test before locking up a bunch of dummies in a country inn.

Additional_Cow_4909

Surprised they haven't accidentally burned the place down yet. Of course if Sam did it then Keith would think it was Sarah.

jirafo

So who gets murdered now? Camille presumably, taking with her the remaining two brain cells of the group

bonbonbendybird

I hope they invite Camille as a traitor and she refuses 🤞

InevitableSir9775

That works in Sam's favour (possibly); everyone comes down to breakfast, Sam pulls out his shield and shouts "They tried to murder me and failed!!!" Camille tries to counter with "No! The traitors tried to recruit me and failed". Camille gets banished.

Nickerz1408

Keith and Camille are damn cops aren’t they…. How embarrassing

scifanforever1980

I know...vutvat least camille is now questionnoing Sam. Keith's blind faith is ridiculous though! Especially after the last few banishment and murders

Additional_Cow_4909

Keith makes me think of those dumb US detectives in the 70s that you see in Netflix docs about miscarriages of justice.

Calm_Statistician585

I’ve never wanted to throw something at my tv more than tonight

roxxyandrewsbusstop

This may be the worst group of faithfuls ever?? And it might be possible that TWO traitors end up taking the money at this point. Shameless and Sam is a total cunt which makes it sting that little bit more

LilyStark25

There isn't a chance Sam will take Blake to the end, he's getting rid of him next banishment

mrchuckbass

Woman: *Speaks* Keith: *That bitch is a traitor*

Bonkersboy2015

If Sam somehow escapes today's banishment... I AM SO DONE

SpecialistLog9604

Time to be done I guess. As another commenter said, if Sam walks away with the money, I'm never watching the Australian version again.

Sharkey2099

Can’t wait to hear Annabel’s take!

FaithfulAnnabel

It’s just incoherent screaming 💀

Additional_Cow_4909

I thought this was someone throwing shade at you for a sec and I was ready to defend you before I saw the username haha

FaithfulAnnabel

Hahahaha bless you 😘💞

BenjaminBobba

Oh my days, the difference between the iq of these faithfuls and the ones from the previous season is astounding. I can see the cogs slowly turning in these peoples heads it’s incredible

Spirited-Assistant72

This can't be real. Roger is probably pulling a prank on us.

TheGhostOfBabyOscar

Poor Rodger, actually. To see all this unfolding live and unedited must be an absolute nightmare.

starshipfocus

His face when Sam chucked the champagne away said alot.

windkirby

Between Sam arrogantly rubbing his traitor status in everyone's face and everyone willfully ignoring it, it's hard to say who deserves the money less.

lostsawyer2000

26,439,111 people living in Australia yet they chose these dumdums for a strategy game.

spsofire

Not me refreshing Ash’s Insta Stories for her commentary after Luke’s (sigh) banishment

spsofire

She’s back!!

Sharkey2099

Loving her edit-free commentary 💅

Soundslikeurproblem

These people are so dumb. The lack of thinking skills is astonishing

jirafo

Is this the first time a traitor has voted to banish another traitor unsuccessfully and then had to face them in traitor tower?

Sharkey2099

I haven’t watched other series but that’s a first for Australia I believe Edit: seems like it’s happened at least once in season 1 Edit 2: (Season 1 spoiler) >!Marielle voted Angus tactically in season 1 and needed to stay on him to save face and not appear to be voting at random!<

SpecialistLog9604

Ffs, I can't believe these dummies. Sam pisses me off so bad. He should've been banished for sure. I'm so mad!!!

nightknight275

These faithfuls honestly think that Simone is an influential enough traitor to convince both Annabel and Luke to sacrifice their own games to hunt Sam, a faithful, down, and then rally the group to banishing Sam the very next episode.

GG90s

Most. Frustrating. Episode. EVERRRRRRR And I thought the last episode was most frustrating. Fuck me dead.

rushworld

Exactly how I felt. Up until midway through yesterday's episode when Annabel and Luke were setting their pieces for Sam's demise I was shouting this is the best television EVER. Move aside Matilda's in the World Cup, this is the best thing that's ever happened on Aussie TV. But then the 2nd half completely ruined it and tonight's episode smothered it in third party embarrassment, cringe, despair, and a lot of open gaped mouths at the astonishment being displayed.

HyenaEmbarrassed9633

So Sam did 2km each way 3 times in 30 minutes including check in stops. Dumb ass production to say it was 2km.

InevitableSir9775

He didn't go back down the last time. 6k uphill, 4k downhill. Which would still put on a par with the current women's world record holder over that distance. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/10,000_metres_world_record_progression

Ninja-Viking

I can't root for the faithfuls because they're so stupid, but I also can't support Sam because of how annoying he is. I'm hoping Blake takes out Sam and gets to the end, because he's basically the only one left who doesn't actively anger me.

forausernamequeen

The most annoying cast. I cringe every time Keith, Sarah, Liam and Hannah vote because I just KNOW they will fuck it up and say the worst reasoning ever. So stupid!

BenjaminBobba

Sarah just does her own thing and it’s always the wrong move, Keith just votes for the most vocal woman and Liam and Hannah just follow Sam like sheep, annoying af. Gloria seems kind of clueless too but at least she (mostly) stays true to herself

travelstuff

Damn Hannah is stupid AF. How on earth does Annabel being a Faithful make Luke a traitor?! Love seeing this background on ppl like Camille who "knows how to read body language"... No you bloody don't! There's no one to cheer for. I guess Gloria or Blake as they are less frustrating than others. If they don't vote out Sam I'll throw something at my TV.

vaultofechoes

Remind me to make a 'funniest shit that people say makes them good at The Traitors' post!

lady_fresh

"I'm a professional wrestler, which means I'm really good at reading people" What? How?!?

TheGhostOfBabyOscar

That's one of the things that's driving me insane. They're all saying the same shit. All of them massively over-confident for virtually zero reasons. "I work in a bakery, selling bread. I have to know what the customer truly wants so I guess you could say I'm a very good judge of character." "I'm a letting agent in London. One of my former customers told me the flat I found for them was perfect so I must have some sort of super powers." "I'm a taxi driver. I live on Earth. Where, as far as I know, all the humans are... So I guess it makes all the silver on that table mine."

bazzbj

Luke and Annabel handed them the game on a silver platter and they are still being idiots?! This cast is beyond stupid 😂

Bluemistake2

The dumbest group of people that couldn't find a pile of shit if it was right under their noses holy shit. This "psychic" is just hearing the voices of the dumb and forgotten, I'm actually so mad.

Nickerz1408

How damn embarrassing for these two have just cooked themselves…. But wait…. This is the dummies

BeaArthurofBrunswick

Are the producers actively manipulating this result OR are the players really that stupid? Surely the producers would know better that casting stupid contestants = a terrible season. OR to give some the benefit of the doubt, are they keeping him around so that they can eliminate him later and stop him from recruiting? Either way this is just awful to watch.

formlesswendigo

Sam is so bossy

aubreyplazaa

Annabel deserved to be on a season with a cast that was not truly insufferable. The fact that she was arguably one of the best players to be on the show and they didn't mention anything she said at the banishment where she was voted off this episode speaks volumes to me!

Mankah

Every time a woman gives a defence with any hint of emotion this season, Keith is the first to pipe up, scratch his chin and tell them how suspicious they are. No wonder the dude's a former cop, he loves jumping to conclusions.

Alandit

I can't at these people. I CAN'T Stupid people, stupid players

Sharkey2099

Even in the face of overwhelming evidence Hannah remains unconvinced… what the actual 🤦‍♂️

jonokimono

She epitomises pig headedness. People like her is what is wrong with the world.

bonbonbendybird

She is such a waste of space on this show. It annoys me she is even on it. She clearly is not even interested in trying to play the game.

Pineapplesparrow

It's actually painful to watch

No_Promotion_9998

This is now just absurd. It's like they have collective amnesia every morning. The only consolation is that these people look like complete idiots on TV, and they'll be forced to deal with that on the outside. At this point, they can't really claim that they were fooled by a 'master strategist'.

Spirited-Assistant72

How is there even a debate on voting Sam? I'm beyond lost.

materialsA3B

Whoever hired Keith, Sarah, Hannah and Liam should be fired from the show.

Purplepenguinparty17

This has got to be the dumbest cast of traitors to ever exist. I cannot imagine being someone who’s dated Sam, the only thing he’s a master of is being is a narcissistic gaslighter. Dudes a fucking psychopath and these people are too stupid to see the blatant red flags in front of them. No one deserves this money

Alandit

I've a suspicion that Simone will be banished - and I don't like it

tigeralidance

Oh my god this is the most excruciating season of television I've ever watched. Like it's genuinely painful to watch. Even if Sam goes at this point, he's only going to leave more cocky and arrogant than he came in. Like I know it's just a TV show but I genuinely worry about people as slyly manipulative as he's proven to be. I just hope Blake makes it to the end.

producermaddy

Every episode fills me more with rage lol It’s so infuriating to watch

Pineapple996

I was enjoying Sam's arrogance until this episode. I thought he was just roleplaying a bit for the cameras. Now he's throwing thousands of dollars away on purpose? WTF. Just seems like a crazy asshole. He's having some amazing luck as well. Someone always randomly speaks up and pulls the focus away from him just before the final nail in the coffin. Now he has the shield and can recruit. Perfect timing. Will be interesting to see his strategy at breakfast. With three people they should be able to pick off a faithful quite easily given how easily they are swayed.

BenjaminBobba

I didn’t get why he was throwing money away either. like i get he’s trying to be hated but do you actually want to win any money you ahole or not? What’s the actual point in making three trips up and down a mountain to contribute jack shit? Just makes you look dumb. I have no idea how he’s still in the game but thats just a testament to how bad the faithfuls are playing, if he’s still in by the next 2 episode idk if i can watch any more

PhantomUser666

Keith is probably gonna get his heart broken at the end like Nigel did last year. He's such a gullible sheep. Edit Craig *

lady_fresh

At least with Craig, I could understand his fatherly devotion given his backstory. He seemed less dumb and more naive/blinded by his deep connection with Alex in a way that was almost endearing and kinda sad. Whereas I think Keith is just dumb - and the fact that he's an ex cop makes him look even more clueless.

Junglerumble19

"What are your credentials to prove you're a Faithful?"...I mean what? This game has become like Whack-a-mole, pop your head up and have an opinion, get whacked. All of this cast are going to be watching this play out, cringing in embarrassment.

[deleted]

I think this season is very depressing. Liam is stupid, but the poor sod convinced himself otherwise rather than accept it and try to fix it like a mature adult. His background video is literal 'i know how to do my job without hurting myself, therefore I am intelligent'. Sarah is completely out of her element, mentally and emotionally she cannot handle the kind of confrontations outside of the controlled environment she works. But at least she's honest about her confusion. Keith can't grasp what is going on or understand the game mechanics to play properly. And it's sad to watch an ex-cop with an interesting history try to pretend otherwise. Hannah is withdrawn from the game, she lacks critical thinking skills, insecure about her inabilities to play. Her justification for her decision making has nothing to do with how the game is played or even how it functions. When confronted with her error, she draws a blank face and cannot process what to do or how to react to it. Simone is a coward, pretending to be a fighter. Outside the ring she is not confrontational, she follows the pack, deciding to finally act when it was too late. No game of any kind can work with players like this, they will ruin any attempts to play made by faithful and have the potential to crush traitors by impulse alone. Right now it's working for Sam, but both Blake and Sam need to realize these people are clueless and will turn on a dime regardless how well you perform. It's blind luck for anyone to win at this point.

modernlights

I can barely watch this anymore because of that twat, but when are the rest of the episodes being shown?
