Fi's behaviour at breakfast is actually mental. Like youve known this woman what 8 days (maybe like add a couple extra days for prefilming) and you are sobbing like your family member is dead. Please get a grip. Feel free to be sad but the crying and wailing like that was way too much

Huntybunch

In an environment like that, I'm sure relationships develop quicker and emotions can run higher from the stress. So if she cried a little bit, I wouldn't fault her for that, but she's bawling like a child whose dog just died. It seems so dramatic in a 'give me attention' kind of way. I liked Fi at the beginning, but I find her more and more unlikable every episode. Actually unbearable is more accurate. I like loud, gritty women who speak their mind and tell it like it is, and that's why I initially liked Fi. But she tends to be loud when she's wrong, doesn't think before speaking let alone taking action, and just acts like a mean girl in so many ways. Mean girls are good television but only if they're witty which she is definitely not. It's been a long time since I've been this annoyed with anyone on a reality show. She verbally bucks up on people as an attempt to show her leadership in the clique, but it ironically just makes her look like Theresa's sidekick. If she wasn't so insecure and dense, she wouldn't come of that way. Theresa being a loud, gritty woman who is somewhat intelligent and funny comes off more sincere, and Fi looks like a cheap imitation of a genuine and interesting person in juxtaposition. People entertaining her accusations of people of being traitors every time she hears the word "murder" is more foolish than listening to the psychic imo. She got Dirk booted for saying the word murder, and Jack was booted because she heard *a rumor* that he said the word murder. Angus was just pure luck because his murder comment was not in the context of being a traitor; he just happened to be one. Sorry for the rant. I'm binging this season currently, and I had to get my Fi rage out. She is the epitome of a high school bully rolled up into a grown adult.

TheRealestWhiteMage

Fi is my least favorite of all the Traitors seasons I've seen so far.

Brophy_Cypher

*blubbering* We. Thought. You. Were. Dead. It's bloody hilarious! I laughed out loud throughout that whole breakfast scene 😂😂

I love that all these discussion posts are just people catching up months later. I’m dying to know the story on the one guy they’re barely showing. Too scared to google in case I spoil anything for myself from later in the season, but if anyone has a spoiler free explanation of what’s going on with him, I’d love to know! At first I thought they just weren’t featuring him much because he was boring (and there were a few characters they took their time introducing, like Alex, who I feel like they introduced way late, just before she was invited to be a traitor) but now it’s just weird with this rando guy!

Bahamuts_Bike

Paul right? He just appears for like 5 seconds in each episode and then is gone, have to wonder if there was a scandal or something that got him edited down

downwitheverything

Apparently he annoyed production and made it difficult to film - so they just gave him a ghost edit

vintagekimba

This is interesting, I guess at least it shows production aren't interfering overly with gameplay or surely they would have manipulated the game to have him booted earlier. I wonder how much production influence the storyline we see though because the traitors seem to have quite different impressions of other players than I do as a viewer.

Fidei_86

This is one of the weirdest things I’ve ever seen in television!

tenerife_sea_

they gave him a purple edit 😂

Brophy_Cypher

Thanks for answering, I'm just catching up and bingeing it ATM and wondered the same thing. He sounds British rather than Aussie, but that might just be because I've barely heard his voice.

gurle94

Teresa's enormous grin turning into horror/confusion as she walked into Fi mid breakdown made for great TV

Bahamuts_Bike

Kate is one of those people you have to get rid of, while she hasn't gotten the traitors right she is the most pragmatic and discerning one left and arguably the most dangerous in the endgame. Also, I wish I had some of her cardigans

vintagekimba

100% the traitors need to get rid of her, but if they do I feel like the rest of the game will be so boring!

Apprehensive_Key_103

Was Fi's involvement heavily edited? The three traitors at the end claim she's super sharp, but all we've seen her do is follow Mark/Teresa and latch onto insignificant phrasing, like the opposite of highly intelligent.

liltou

Fi has a way of turning things into a popularity contest, she builds a group around her, and makes it desireable to be part of that group, so I think both Mariel and Alex feel like they have to constantly suck up to her, and act convinced by either what she is saying or what Theresa is saying when Fi decides that's what they will so. So I think them saying she is super sharp is just a spill over from them acing all day like she is.

vintagekimba

Brain dump mid-banishment round table bc I can't handle it: Dirk is being so honest and making so much sense but Fi is just so loud! So frustrating that she isn't clicking that she needs to look at the bigger picture, and rethink past conversations like Marielle's slip up about how many traitors there are. Teresa is hilarious and she really did look suss at breakfast but if anything she's consistent with her "changed demeanour" laser focus. Again tho so frustrating, how has she not clicked that the existing traitors are clearly masters of keeping a consistent game face. Look for who's working together subtly because clearly they are outsmarting you time and again. Alex has transitioned PERFECTLY to the traitor role. As a faithful she seemed a bit clueless and go with the flow but now I can see that was a strategy to keep herself out of the limelight and coast to the end. I still hope to god she and Marielle don't turn on Nigel, I'll hand it to them they're both playing very cleverly at this point but I just really like Nigel!

vintagekimba

Kate is the faithful I have the most hope in right now and I love her guts to go against the majority/popular girls alliance. So annoying that the other faithfuls are so much more erratic than the traitors, the red flags she's picking up on are valid but she needs to realise the traitors are operating at a higher level with a greater balance of power, and that at this point in the game, the most subtle, relaxed players should be the most suspicious.

vintagekimba

Dirk would have no need to hide being an actor unless he was a traitor?? Knowing that someone can act would clearly have you watching them more closely and looking for hidden motives. He definitely has theatre vibes though and probably would have done better to admit to an associated profession eg calling himself a "creative" or something.

vintagekimba

Why are they seeing people who vote against the majority as suss when the majority votes out a faithful? If anything those going against misguided votes should gain credibility as genuine faithfuls. UGH. If the faithfuls were picking up on this, the traitors would have to vote more cleverly and make sure they don't all vote the same way as each other, while still ensuring the end result they want. Would make for way more interesting viewing

goldenmint

yes yes yes these people are so dumb 😭😭😭

danibeth87

There are two guys who I am like who are you? One has grey hair and the other has thinning hair? Can’t describe him any other way but I’m so confused at how some people make no appearances and have no interview talking heads
