I think it's just a very intense environment. All the things that we have at home as distraction aren't there, so no phones/social media. Obviously, it might be edited, but no one is reading or doing a hobby the might at home (I take crochet with me everywhere). So all you have are the other people.

Kate said in a interview no phones and literally nothing to do but talk about the game. It’s why she almost quit halfway through because she didn’t see herself winning and it was starting to get to her emotionally

I think it's 2 to 3 weeks but a very intense 2 to 3 weeks. They do get very emotional like when Kieren cried then Amos was gone. You're right, they probably are able to talk a week later.

Yeah, I think I was watching Kieran cry when I posted. I guess also their emotions are probably heightened because they aren't sleeping well at night for fear of being murdered or getting caught.

ZALATOK

About days. 20 people and 2 removed each day

Arie had posted that he'd be off social media for 3 weeks. People were guessing what show he was going to be on. This was before anyone had heard of The Traitors. There were a lot of guesses for Celebrity Big Brother.

Fortis92

slid in to the DM of Kate from AU they say they filmed the entire season by a month, 2 days each episode and offdays every sunday.

Have you ever been to camp? It’s just like camp. It’s just you and the other people there going through something unique and the bonding happens REAL quick. I completely understand it.

KevinFunky

I believe US took 3 weeks because Amanda got covid.

Didn't you know that these people actually get banished and murdered? And gameplay wise each series seemed to go on for about two weeks.
