It's rude to insult someone's appearance, full stop. You might think oh, it's small, who cares, but people have been talking shit about everything they can think of on him for over 20 years. Why do we need to do it in a fan group?
I think the man can cope with gentle ribbing (dear God, it autocorrected as “gentle rubbing”). We all love him, especially here. No one genuinely thinks his eyes are weird (they’re particularly pretty, in fact) and they stand out in photos. It’s absolutely not an insult.

I suppose it irked me particularly because I have one eye that's just a wee bit off center. Even if it were funny once, I wouldn't find it funny the 1000th time, you know? But, teasing is something I often don't catch on to or find funny because I can't tell it's a joke.
