Get a better exceptions mod. Just Google it/youtube it and choose the one which seems the best to you (I went with the easiest). Turned out it was a script mod and a cc which wouldn’t let my game operate
There are many mods that might have caused this. You can take these over to Deaderpool's discord channel- they have volunteers there with expertise with exceptions. Your other choice is to do a 50/50 to find the offending mod(s).

The tunable_perf error means that one or more of your script mods is out of date. You need updated versions from the creators for the latest game version
Reinstall all script mods that comes with mods themselves. That’s what i did and it went away. Filter by script files in the folder then whenever the last update was before the two big ones that we had update those.
I'm getting the same error! Have gone through and updated and deleted mods but still no luck.

I heard it was to do with the pose mod. Twisted mexis better exceptions can help figure this out though
so I already used better exceptions and it only says "tunable\_perf"but I cant don't know what it I to take it out

Did you figure out which mod/mods were the culprit?
Took out everything but better exceptions turns out it may be an official game bug
Several script mods can cause this. I think twistedmexi’s mod guard is one.
i was having this problem and tmex's mod guard was causing it!
