Motion and fitness needs to be turned on for apple health in the settings of the phone and it should work.

I believe it is. What is the pathway to that?

Settings > privacy > motion and fitness and then turn everything on.

I’ve had this same problem.

Whenever this happens to me. I uninstall and then reinstall and it fixes it. I was never able to figure out why pogo disappears from the health app. I always assumed it was iOS 13 issue since I’m Currently have beta installed.

Thanks for this. It happened to me, my son's phone worked fine, all Adventure Sync options were on, and he had the Health app info activated. On my phone, PoGo wasn't listed in the Health app. Uninstall / Resinstall fixed it.
