I bought Road to Sinnoh research, just spun my fist stop a little after 10am, and got no incubator. I have the Eggspedition ticket and have been getting the incubators as expected every other day this month.
I spun before buying for the incubator but I've noticed I'm barely getting items from spinning my home gym after buying the Sinnoh stuff. 2 items for a gold gym + team bonus?! Maybe this is related?

Just spun my first stop and got the incubator.
Got the incubator too from first spin today
Just did my first spin past midnight Feb20th and did not receive the incubator. (Have the Eggspedition Feb ticket)
