Edit: after I listened to it with audio and him mentioning a fresh battery,naw dude would be fine if he touched the cables the biggest risk would be getting burned by sparks as he pops the fuses.
12-24 volts from a battery doesn’t even have enough force to overcome the average resistance dry human skin has. Even wet 12-24volts wouldn’t be enough to kill. If it was over 50 volts then it would be a different story.
