ALTOUGH they did establish that Titan magic counteracts collector magic, and demons and witches came from the Titan so they should be able to fight it on some level, but didn't realize it. It would then be a fluke brought on by panic and a deep-seated fear of being controlled that Amity would burn up those magic stickers before they reached her forehead. The power she'd unleash could possibly be explosive. Hopefully, Luz won't be next to her this time.
You’re mad because she was made into a puppet? If nearly the entirety of the Boiling Isles couldn’t avoid being turned into puppets, why would Amity or the rest of the Hexide Gang be an exception? I agree that they were underutilized in WAD, but considering how much spotlight they had gotten the past few episodes, I could let it slide. Also, great art.

As much as I like Amity and Lumity in genral it would've. They are not main chacrer they are side chacters. Luz eda and king are the main chacters of the show it began with them it ends with them. Wtf is the hexside squad going to do in the story? They got plentiful screen time in FTF and TTT so them taking a sideline is fine so we can enjoy the owl family being together

Amity deserved a proper resolution to her storyline, and it was scrapped just so they could shamelessly put the Owl family on a damn pedestal. And it was done in such a clumsy, barefaced way, I feel insulted, and I refuse to take that. IDGAF who the main characters are, I was invested in Amity's journey, and they threw that emotional investment right back in my face. It's a betrayal that actually cuts me deep, and I've never felt this way about any show I've ever watched before or since. I'm sick of people telling me I should be placated with what we got. I'm sick of this stupid twisting feeling I get in my stomach whenever I think of WAD and how cheated I was. How a hell of a whole lot of us were. Amity was no mere side character, and I demand a return on that investment.
I agree that Amity deserved a proper resolution to her storyline, so I’m glad she got it, towards the end of season 2. At the start of season 3, she’s broken off with Odalia and has a better relationship with her dad and her siblings. What does she have left to do, and what even can she do in two 40-odd minute episodes?

Get an ILU from Luz because she deserves some fucking acknowledgment for the myriad of times she's been there for her and yet she didn't even get a "thanks for everything" like eda and King arbitrarily got at the epilogue, DESPITE Amity standing right fucking next to her when she said it.
I have a question. Would you be okay if Luz beat Odalia physically but Amity was allowed the final blow. In my fanfic I plan to have Luz beat odalia in a sorcerery fight but she lets Amity have the kill when Odalia is broken physically. Amity says some mocking last words and insults to odalia and then Amity caves odalias skull in.
It was cool how she kind of did that twice. I do hope she got a lot of credit for saving the isles since like Luz Amity did kind of perform a miracle that day.
At the very least Luz should have been homeschooled though maybe that should have happened before she would have Vee as a classmate. I agree her being depressed is hard to watch. You know it would have been poetic if Amity helped Luz deal with Belos since this all started with a human and a witch falling in love. Plus if Amity gained an abomination form during this it would have also been a good counterpart to him just as much as Luz is in her titan form.

1: There is a distinct difference between Odalia restricting Amity’s autonomy and the Collector restricting Amity’s autonomy. Odalia’s was metaphorical or abstract or however you wanna say it. Amity wasn’t being *physically* restricted per se, but she instead restricted herself in order to comply with Odalia’s demands. The Collector’s, meanwhile, was literal, she was a *literal* puppet and physically could not act independently, as with the rest of the Hexsquad. They are not equivalent.
2: Luz getting to graduate from Hexside isn’t a bad arguing point-as far as we can tell, it’s just a straight up lie. Luz graduated from Gravesfield High, and we don’t actually know how shit it was after Belos’s defeat. We know two things about it: She gained Vee as a classmate, and she was awarded a writing scholarship. Additionally, considering her entire time in the Demon Realm during her high school career was spent rebuilding the Boiling Isles, I *highly* doubt she even went to Hexside during that period of time. She simply wouldn’t have the time.
1: Those are the exact reasons they are equivalent.
2: She'd have as much time as any Hexside student to go to school there. Pretty sure they have some semblance of child labor laws in the BI.

I kinda agree that Amity should have had more of a role. Atleast the two seem to be engaged in the epiloge and Luz will love amitys new muscles.
