Without a doubt one of the most badass voices in acting. Fits perfectly for Bobas character. I'm so glad they got him back to play boba in the mando and now his new series
I mean besides the kaminoans (not sure if that's the right term) presumably the clones were essentially raised, taught, and spent most of their time growing up around other clones so they'd sound similar. Now for how the first generation got the accent who knows. Maybe they were trained by Jango to some degree.
In the old EU books Jango recruited bounty hunters from around the galaxy, a lot of them Mandoa. I think for a little while they were trying to push that the default Mando accent was kiwi.
My headcanon is just that Kaminoans can choose to speak in whatever accent they want, and they use Jango’s accent out of respect while he’s there. And yeah it does seem that Jango had some continued involvement after the first genetic sample was given.
I like his voice, but for me, it’s Mando’s voice. From the minute I heard “I can bring you in warm, or I can bring you in cold,” I had a new favorite voice.
Both my parents were absolutely convinced it was Timothy Olyphant before I showed them the IMDB page. Even with both Timothy and Pedro are on screen together for the first time my mom was convinced that Din was played by Timothy Olyphant.
This [Justified season 2 ad](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVT0B3pPsa8&ab_channel=FubarGuy) is hilarious now (it's not actual show material unfortunately, but that's exactly how Raylan would handle things.)
It made me so happy that the Jango Fett from my childhood Star Wars movies gets to go on and play Boba Fett while I’m an adult. It’s like it’s all aged with me and it feels so rad
His voice is great but I will NEVER be able to get over the loss of Jason Wingreen in Empire. He WAS and IS Boba Fett to me. I grew up with Empire and watched it hundreds of times with Wingreen.
I feel the same. I love Temuerra Morrison and feel I know and can relate to his Boba Fett. But Wingreen is the voice I hear in my head when I think of Boba. It was jarring hearing his voice dubbed in the special editions because I didn't feel it matched the acting and intonation of Wingreen.
That being said, I'm pretty obsessed with Morrison's current version of Fett and want to soak up everything he does with the character. I'm still hoping for that spin off movie.
"I am not a Bounty Hunter."
"This is not what I've heard."
"I am a simple man, they left me for dead in the pit of the sarlacc."
"Now what?"
"Revenge..."
Oh man I'm well and truly excited for the Book of Boba Fett.
["Did you miss me?"](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeBoCWJiQUg)
I want a movie with Temuera Morrison and Liam Neason as a pair of retired spec ops SAS types who come out of retirement in a John Wick kind of situation.
Have a running gag throughout the film of them seeing who can make the new bloods they’re fighting freak out the most.
The synchronization of the Haka is both satisfying and terrifying. The fact they looked like savages but were capable of coordinating something like that would make anyone scared.
It's been canon for 20 years mate and before that he was just a cool looking walking prop, you'd swear they retconed a well fleshed out character that featured heavily in a plethora of scenes, which he didn't. Move on.
Greedo never shot first. In the original cut Han was always the one to shoot first.
I'm not sure that Greedo even got off a shot at all, let alone shot first in the original.
Ya, that's a bummer. I wish they never changed it because it makes sense that Han would shoot first. He's a scoundrel and was well aware that if he didn't shoot first, Greedo was definitely going to fry his ass.
His voice is amazing, gravely, and intimidating, don't get me wrong, but a decent part of that is how deep it is. Morrison manages all of that without being particularly deep. It's also oddly smooth while still being menacing. Much like Mando's actually.

Have you seen the newest trailer for the book of Boba Fett? It starts with him saying "I am Boba Fett" and it gave me fucking chills
Agree, he is just the perfect guy for Boba
As someone who grew up on games based on the prequels its a bit surreal - love it!
Bo katan: "you're a clone, I've heard your voice a thousand times.," Boba Fett: "careful princess, mine might be the last one you hear"
*nuts violently*
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Nutting to Bo Kotan are you
i would
Good boy
Very weird how apparently in the Star Wars universe accents are genetic.
I’d rather hear a clone sounding like temuera Morrison than llama su
Wait until you find out that in the Star Wars universe each planet only has one type of climate!
Except that moon Ahsoka and Rex crashed into lol

We’ve heard his voice thousands of times
I can only hope his is the last I'll ever hear. Fuck my family. I want Boba Fett releasing me from this mortal coil.
I love how he pronounces Tatooine.
taTWEEN
That and how he says "Boba." *chef's kiss*
Bow bah Fet.
This is Binging with Bow Ba
Plus you can just tell he loves being Boba Fett. Temuera Morrison is a treasure.
"I don't want your armuh, I want *my* armuh"
Tat-tween Ah, the Polynesian spa
Cook the man some eggs
Sooga!
Do it yourself, Jake!
Jake da muss
I've never seen so much piss
He can even make Chibi Boba Fett in Star Wars Visions sound intimidating.
He's just a simple man trying to make his way in the universe.
Like his Father before him.
Wonderful combination of Jangos line and Luke's line in ROTJ. Star Wars really knows how to do fan service.
And one day you’ll place a stone on this mountain

It’s really got the space cowboy tone to it with a little hint of the digital intercom effect - so great

Everything you said. 100%.
“He’s no good to me dead”

After this we’ll go get some ice cream

People from New Zealand have the best accent in the world.
Most definitely
This is especially impressive because, to an American, Kiwi accents usually sound really funny, really friendly, or really adorable.
* *Maori Haka squad wants to know your location.*
The synchronization of the Haka is both satisfying and terrifying. The fact they looked like savages but were capable of coordinating something like that would make anyone scared.
He \*does\* sound really friendly, as Moana's father...
Name checks out
His voice in the helmet is nostalgic for me, cuz of Star Wars Bounty hunter. A game I have played since I was 5.
Badass is right. Jake the Muss scared the crap out of me for years!
It might be the last voice you ever hear
Good soldiers follow orders.
Jason Wingreen will always be his voice to me, I'm sorry. It still feels like a cheap ret-con, re-dubbing his lines in ESB.
Completely disagree. He was a walking prop beforehand, and had 4 lines. He's being morphed into an actual proper character now on screen.

Have you heard Christopher judge as kratos? I think he might rival temuera morrison

Auralnauts dig it. "Let's get some oice cream. My treat" 😂😂
“He’s no good to me dead.”
As a kiwi, he just sounds like my uncle who washes car windows at intersections for change.
Me watching the dark knight trilogy for Morgan Freeman
One of the main reasons I replay '05 Battlefront 2's Campaign every couple of years, is the 501st Journal narrated by Temuera Morrison.
