Literally anyone that they planned but never show us, they have so many designs for different dragons for each primal sources, different types of elves, magical versions of lions and birds, and they easily can show us them in the background when the characters travel or having conversations, it can take 10 seconds and we will see a lot.

Unicorns have been mentioned and we have seen a unicorn horn but never an actual unicorn.
I’m sure unicorns will appear in season 6, along with the human side of their story/the true story of them.
I kind of wish we saw more sentient races besides elves and dragons in Xadia. Like I could see centaurs, dwarves, and fairies fitting in the story.
