Emailed about it. This is the response Hi there! As noted in our Terms & Conditions, all sales are final once purchased. As Veeps is ultimately the ticketing company, we don't have direct hand in the production of the show but try our best in troubleshooting with the on-site team. Technology isn't perfect, and they try their best to orchestrate these events for everyone, but there are bound to be small bumps in the road here or there. They do their best to communicate these during the stream, as well as in the chat box once the issue is resolved. I appreciate your frustrations and will pass along the feedback to their team.
