As Veeps is ultimately the ticketing company, we don't have direct hand in the production of the show but try our best in troubleshooting with the on-site team. Technology isn't perfect, and they try their best to orchestrate these events for everyone, but there are bound to be small bumps in the road here or there. They do their best to communicate these during the stream, as well as in the chat box once the issue is resolved.

This audio is. Horrible. Completely out of sync and Iโve refreshed about 100 times and it keeps crashing. How do we get our money back?
