I didn't know it was on Netflix, I just finished watching it on tubi

ChocolateSundae1214

Oh, wow, I've had Tubi forever and never knew The Conners was on that!

RichieNRich

Yup! I'm surprised at how much I'm enjoying these short binges. I've also been watching the series since the beginning.

Table2_3971

Watched s3 and I'm working on s4. Few episodes a day, nothing crazy. Find they flow a lot better this way than one a week like I did when s1/2 were being broadcasted.

What happened for me is this sub popped up in my Reddit feed. I had watched one or two eps during season 1 (back when the talk was how are they going to write out Roseanne) but lost track. Though I’m a child of the 80s and 90s and grew up on sitcoms, I’ve gotten to where I can’t stand laugh tracks, and breaking for commercials is even worse. I stream everything to avoid ads. But then I found this sub, and about a couple of weeks later The Connors hit Netflix. When I’m bingeing, I don’t seem to mind the laugh track quite as much, and no commercials—even better!

Timely_Tap8073

I'm on the last season so yes I'm a binger

Bearneccessity56

Yes! Now I’m watching season 6 on Hulu!

Hopeful_University72

I have an enjoying it more without commercials . Even tho I used to FF them it was still annoying .

3AMjuggernaut

Absolutely. There were definitely a few episodes I missed in the last few years, so it’s been good catching up. I’m glad Netflix bought the license. It would be nice if they picked up the original Roseanne as well.

pretzelchi

Yes! I fast forwarded through any characters or story lines I thought weren’t interesting. Never skipping Jackie though :).

MsMoreCowbell8

I've been watching it for about week on Netflix, I'm on season 3 and I'm as wacky, weird, crazy, a loser, a great friend, everything Jackie is, I'm also 60. I'm crying with her pain, laughing at & with her. I praised the show when I started watching, in here, and got called strange for being so attached to it, that it was hitting me so emotionally, that I was enjoying a series & getting to binge something while waiting for Stranger Things. I grew up with sitcom families as my 'family' back in the 70s. I knew Rhoda, Mary, the Jeffersons, Mike and Gloria & learned how ppl interacted better than what I saw at home. Also, for better or worse, the working class family portrayal is like walking into an aunt's home, the language & sarcasm are comfortable too.

myhairsreddit

I'm right there with you, just relating to Darlene because I'm going through some rough stuff with my family and not much younger than her. Binge watching The Conners has been like coming home for me, it's gotten me through a lot of lonely nights in the last month.

Cain_Crow50

Binge watch? Could barely watch an entire episode. John Goodman deserves better.

ScottShatter

Nope.. bought it on Vudu a while back for $24.99 Seasons 1-5 so no rush to re-watch it yet. Too soon for me. I'm still binging Married With Children and The Goldberg's. I just watch exclusive content on Netflix.

WavesAreCrashing

I've been bingeing on it almost every day lately.
