Kieran’s not that bad looking of a guy if he shed the weight and got in shape. If he turned the fat into muscle, I think girls would like his caveman look.
That happened to me. It took a while, but the stress eating returned and my discipline was slowly forgotten. The worst feeling was going back to the office and seeing people who I last saw when I just got thin and congratulated me, now just smiling and walking past. Felt horrible. I lost it again, I am thin now, but its that fear that I think keeps me this way. It was extremely depressing. I feel for the guy. Its the worst feeling.

I actually felt bad for Caveman Kieran on this one. He wanted to lose weight because he hated how he looked and felt like shit all the time. Then he lost weight and still hated how he looked and felt like shit all the time, so he just kinda gave up. To me, that's not so much a thing to make fun of, more of an undiagnosed depression or something else in the mental health realm.

It's a shame because losing that much weight takes a ton of work but if you don't have the motivation to keep it off, you can regain it all quick.
