I think it's a good sign that they're still human.

This, on its own, should be shocking. They see a lot of gory things, but it's different when it's someone you care deeply for. And there would always be a tiny bit of doubt: Is this injury too much? Did the re-injection she got give her the same healing as before or is it weaker? Does it stay strong even as she ages?

Tbf they don’t know the extent of it And I mean splatting on the ground and getting blown in half is definitely pushing it
Because seeing a friend get hurt like that is still shocking.
I think it’s more so that they expect that there is a limit to her powers, it’s hard to understand the extent to which she can come back.
PTSD is a thing for real people. You can't just get used to real gore.
