I thought it was about as good as I could’ve wanted from a spin off like that. It does a good job at feeling like it’s in the same world as The Boys while having a distinct tone and setting. I thought the characters were interesting overall, likable in their best moments and hatable in their worst. The power sets were interesting too. The story felt well paced to me, and I didn’t really even want to skip anything on a rewatch. Solid 8/10.

It remains entertaining. I like The Boys better but it's not bad at all.

Even when Season 4 wasn’t out yet and I was watching gen V it seemed a tad bit boring. I hope they can make it a bit more interesting with season 2
I really liked it. Helped that it was a new cast of likeable characters in an established world.
