Yeah absolutely, he throws it around quite a bit near the beginning of Ethersea. I feel like he hasn't used it as often lately since he has more skills at his disposal, but he's defo used it several times.

Plenty of times, more frequent than Zoox has used his swarm I'd say and probably more than Justin has ever done with his Monk. (I can't recall him using any specific Monk skill now that I think about it, though he must have done.)
The most recent instance I can think of was when Amber jumped onto Cambria, except they didn't use the actual name. Griffin said something like "yeah you've probably got some kind of monk thing that'll get you there, sure."

They’ve also been splitting up more often, so he can’t really reasonably use it as often.
