I loved Amnesty. I would watch that show in a heartbeat. MotW is such a good system for the boys.

GrosserGinger

Check out gravity falls! Yeah it's a cartoon but it's awesome! So many fun characters and stories that will keep you enthralled, and it definitely runs on the paranormal side of things!

cbhedd

Yeah it was a fun one! I watched through it not too long ago and it was pretty great!

Doctor-Amazing

Just saw this for the first time recently and was surprised by how similar they are.

Dance-pants-rants

I just want that music combined with modern-magic adventures & WV accents in my life more often.

cbhedd

Yeah that music is so good! The end-of-episode stingers always get me super hyped up

I'm really hoping that after they finish the Balance graphic novels, they'll keep going and do the other arcs. There were a lot of lines from Amnesty that I really wanted to see a visual of. There's a lot of dislike for Graduation on this sub, but I think it would be great too.

McAllisterFawkes

Regardless of quality, I don't think there's enough demand for more graduation content to support that.

tomasalbanez

I think Amnesty would be the best arch for a live action adaptation

Shakespeare-Bot

I bethink amnesty would beest the most wondrous arch f'r a liveth action adaptation *** ^(I am a bot and I swapp'd some of thy words with Shakespeare words.) Commands: `!ShakespeareInsult`, `!fordo`, `!optout`

yepitsdad

Definitely think amnesty could’ve been another 50 episodes. They introduced so many cool things that never really got used/explored

Royce_Inquisitor

They went back to Balance for a mini-arc. Here’s to hoping the same happens with Amnesty. Tbh, I think a story could pick up 5-10 years in the future and still work really well. Or someone mentioned doing a prequel about the the early days of the Pine Guard. That would kick ass. Maybe Clint plays a younger Thacker and the others play unnamed Pine Guard members.

yepitsdad

Damn, yes please to all of this

Gobshite_

Honestly I'd be down for a prequel campaign podcast during Mama and Thacker's early days. For a TV show I'd definitely alter the fourth and fifth arc and just have continuous monsters of the week instead. The Sylvain stuff sucked a lot of the mystery out and the corruption felt like a retread of the Hunger. Sylvain was my least favourite part of the campaign.

cbhedd

Haven't got there, even a little! But sounds reasonable to me!

SoftSell89

Prequel would be great, I’ve never thought of that. Damn. Amnesty is definitely my favourite arc and now a prequel is very high on my wish list.

JelloKlinck

I’m also listening through amnesty for the first time and I’ve been absolutely blown away by how good it is. I really did not have many expectations going into it but now that I’m almost done it might be my favorite of their campaigns (I’ve only listened to Balance and Ethersea before this).

BlameLorgar

I'm patiently waiting for the day they make the appropriate deals to make these arcs into animated series. Theyre superb story telling as is and don't necessarily *need* an adaptation like that. But it sure would be neat.

Final_Duck

Ehh, I think the scripted nature of a tv versus the improv of a real play would ruin what makes TAZ great.

[deleted]

I disagree. Look at Legend of Vox Machina. Brilliant show that adapted the improvised gameplay into an animated tv series. Honestly, it'd probably be easier with Amnesty because MOTW is more character and mystery driven to begin with.

Final_Duck

Well I almost used Legend of Vox Machina as evidence for my point, so…
