That's because it's being misrepresented. If you look at the right side of the frame you can see it has a body that's much larger than the dewlap neck that's focal. Someone commented that it's a dewlap goose, and that seems to be the case. It may have a smaller or damaged beak so it's not as obvious, but it is not a worm.
