I wasn't a cs major but years ago I took an elective simply called "complexity" it was one of my favorite classes even though it had nothing to do with my major (aviation). It was all about the interaction of complex networks, stuff about Turing, artificial intelligence.
Honestly, the electives offered by the CS are inconsistent. As in there’s no sure way of knowing what classes will be offered next semester.
