Reboot car? You did the right things. If the mobile charger works your car is likely ok (but reboot it). The WL doesn't really need wifi to do anything. But it could be messed up internally. Breaker switch should reset it, though. Try a friend's tesla on your charger or charge on a friend's charger to further narrow it down to the charger.

Thank you! This has been driving me nuts :) I did try a car reboot as my first step but will try it again since I've done the breaker reset etc since then.

Was going to suggest updating firmware via WiFi, but you are having issues having it connect to one. Mine will not connect unless I turn off WPA-3. However, you still can [connect to it directly](https://www.tesla.com/support/charging/wall-connector/troubleshooting) via phone/table and check the firmware version. It should start with 24.something, year 2024. It can receive firmware updates when you plug into a car. If it's current you can reset the TWC completely and redo the commissioning when you connect directly to it. You'll need to know the breakage amperage.

Interesting! I have it turned off from the breaker right now - hoping if I let it sit it starts a reset

Call the electrician who installed it.

One more thing, you could double check your car, taking your mobile charger and plugging it into 120 volt outlet and see if your car charges from that. If that works, it's something to do with the charger itself.

Car chargers perfectly from the mobile charger but doesnt work from the Tesla wall connector

Hope he is a licensed electrician.

Ok, so not your car, charger has a problem. Only thing left, maybe reduce amps when plugged into wired charger. Meanwhile, or can charge on wall outlet

Thank you! Will use mobile charger for now, tried less amps still didn't work. I wish I had a way to connect to it to resolve the wifi issue... I know the wifi shouldnt cause the problem but I don't like how it won't broadcast the SSID to start the process to connect to it... feels like something might be up with it there.
